摘要： PURPOSE: To improve efficiency in execution of work by a method wherein a combination of an excavator and a mucking machine and a combination of a ready-mixed concrete carrier and a concrete placer are placed respectively in a line and driven synchronously, and concrete is placed after excavation is made on an existing bottom. CONSTITUTION: A combined excavating apparatus A, composed of an excavator 2, a muck-loading machine 4 and a mucking machine 3, is brought into a waterway tunnel 1 and the components are placed in a line. Then, the components are driven synchronously at a fixed speed, and excavation is made on an existing bottom 1a and muck is carried out with the mucking machine 3 driven in shuttling to and from the pit mouth 1b. After completion of the excavation, the combined excavating apparatus A is carried out of the pit mouth 1b. Then, a combined concrete-placing apparatus B, composed of a ready-mixed concrete carrier 7, a pump unit 8, a concrete placer 9 and a finishing machine 10, is brought into the tunnel and lined up. Then, the components are driven synchronously, and ready-mixed concrete supplied with the concrete carrier 7 is placed on the excavated surface and finishing is made afterward. Thereby, repairing can be made automatically while improving accuracy in execution of work, and the method can be applied to works in a waterway in small section.

A car having constitution, in which the car can be made to travel by itself in both front and rear directions while cut muck and ready mixed concrete are extruded and discharged by an extrusion plate 36 as a rear bed 32 is left as it is brought to an approximately horizontal state, is worked in combination as the muck cart 2 and the ready mixed concrete cart.

A column 3 placed almost horizontally is raised and erected, then in this state, it is received by a column erection equipment 1 and held by the holding mechanism 4, the column erection equipment 1 is carried up to the position of erection, and then positioned and erected there. Erection is performed in a state where the bottom end portion of the column 3 is inserted to a pit.

A transfer means is also provided which vacuum-transfers the waste material to the hopper.
