摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide joint structure between a column and a beam of a low-cost RC construction frame structure having good workability with simple structure. SOLUTION: Hook reinforcements with the bent end parts are used as an upper main reinforcement 3 and a lower main reinforcement 4 constituting an outer peripheral beam 2. These hook reinforcements are arranged parallel at a prescribed space in a horizontal direction. As to the outer peripheral beams 2 adjacent through an outer peripheral column 1, laterally reversed outer peripheral beams 6 are alternately arranged at the outer peripheral part of an RC construction frame structure, and the mutual insert arrangement is formed at the mutual end parts of the upper main reinforcement 3 and lower main reinforcement 4 inside the outer peripheral columns 1. The outer peripheral column 1 is composed of main reinforcements 1a, a hoop reinforcement 1b and concrete 17. The hoop reinforcement 1b is formed in U-shape lacking one side of a quadrilateral. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boundary beam damper capable of rationally restricting vibration in an RC structure without prohibiting space in a building. SOLUTION: This boundary beam 1 is composed of an H-steel 4 having a sufficiently long member length than an adjacent RC core wall 3, and reinforced concrete 6 covering a tie-in part with the RC core wall 3. For the H-steel 4, a steel panel 5 of a lower yielding point than an end part member 4a is used at a web center part. Its end part is contained inside the RC core wall 3. The reinforced concrete 6 encases it to the tie-in part of the H-steel 4 with the RC core wall 3 to form the boundary beam damper 1 and the RC core wall 3 rigid. At this time, an RC core wall 3 side end part of a main reinforcing bar 6a composing the reinforced concrete 6 is contained inside the RC core wall 3.

Its end part is contained in an adjacent RC core wall 7 on which the boundary beam 1 is stretched, and the X-shaped bar arrangement is rigidly coupled with the RC core wall 7. On an end part of the flat bar 3, a stud dowel 8 is preliminarily mounted to improve fixing strength to concrete 6 composing the RC core wall 7.

The lowermost slab 4 is utilized for a temporary structure for carriage-in, and a large member and devices are lifted in an open space B to effect an underground work. This method performs a high- efficient work.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between a boundary beam and a floor slab, in a building having a beam with a vibration control damper built therein, which does not cause cracking in the floor slab. SOLUTION: According to the joint structure, a beam covering member 3 is arranged on an upper surface of the boundary beam 1 over the entire length thereof. The beam covering member 3 is formed of a flat plate 3a having the same width as that of the boundary beam 1, and leg portions 3b which are arranged on a lower surface of the flat plate 3a along four sides of the same. The floor slab 2 to be laid in the building is arranged so as to be the same in horizontal height as the flat plate 3a of the beam covering member 3 arranged on the upper surface of the boundary beam 1. Further, the floor slab 2 is arranged adjacently to the boundary beam 1 in a manner being spaced an interval 4b of about 20 mm apart, and therefore the floor slab 2 is completely insulated from the boundary beam 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a boundary beam damper which can rationally suppress vibrations at an RC structure without interrupting the space in the structure. SOLUTION: The boundary beam damper 1 is comprised of an H beam 4, and brackets 7 each placed on a side portion of an RC core wall 3. The H beam 4 includes a pair of end members 5 formed of a member of high strength, such as a high strength steel, and a dead soft steel panel 6 having a yield point lower than that of the end member 5, and constructed by fastening the end members 5 to both sides of the dead soft panel 6. The brackets 7 each formed of reinforced concrete are arranged on the respective side portions of the mutually adjacent RC core walls 3 at desired locations at which the boundary beam damper 1 is placed, in a manner protruding with respect to each other, and the end members 5 of the H beam 4 are embedded, to thereby rigidly connect the boundary beam damper 1 to the RC core walls 3. The bracket 7 includes main reinforcements 7a, and ends of the respective main reinforcements on the side of the RC core wall 3 are embedded in the RC core wall 3.
