    • PURPOSE:To contrive to restrain scattering of oil drop and discharge noise by providing a narrow passage for allowing exhaust gas, which is discouraged inside an exhaust gas reserving chamber, to flow out into inside of an oil case, on one face of the said chamber formed by providing walls for walling up five faces on an exhaust opening end face to surround the exhaust. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas reserving chamber 31 is constituted by providing a front wall 32, upper wall 33, both side walls 34, 35 and rear wall 36 for walling up five faces above an outlet opening end face 5a. Gas including oil drop ejected from intermediate outlets 29, 30 expands inside the exhaust gas reserving chamber 31, and comes to collide against each wall 32-36 many times resulting in being discouraged. The oil drop is separated from this gas in its process and the gas not including much oil drop flows out into inside of an oil case 2 through a narrow passage 37, at one side of the exhaust gas reserving chamber 31, for allowing exhaust gas discouraged inside the chamber 31 to flow out into inside of the oil case 2. As the result of this, it is made possible to efficiently restrain the scattering of the oil drop to outside of a pump and the discharge noise.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the shortening of the life of a pump due to a testing liquid, by sending the specified amount of the testing liquid into a testing tank from a reservoir tank with the testing liquid being filtered, so that the specified amount of the testing liquid is always made to remain and held, and by decreasing the temperature of the testing liquid lower than that at the time of testing. CONSTITUTION:A testing tank 1 is filled with a testing liquid 2. The surface of the testing liquid 2 in a reservoir tank 10 is always kept lower than the bottom surface of the testing tank. Solenoid valves 9 and 14 are closed and a pump P is operated. Then the testing liquid 2 is injected into the testing tank 1 up to the liquid level indicated by a solid line. Presence or absence of the yield of bubbles is observed, and the quality of an IC device is judged. It is possible to decrease the temperature of the testing liquid considerably lower than that at the time of testing. An ordinary pump can be used. The life of the pump is not shortened by the testing liquid.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of oil, discharged together with exhaust gas to the outside of an oil reserving tank, effectively without increasing the size of the device by a method wherein a corrugated plate, disturbing the flow of the exhaust gas by moving it up and down, is provided at the fore stage of an exhaust port. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 16, communicating with the exhaust port 4, is formed at the upper corner of the oil reserve tank 1 while the bottom wall of the chamber is constituted by the corrugated palte 15. The corrugated plate 15 is consisting of first slanted plates 15a, whose lower surfaces are facing to the pump 2, and the second slanted plates 15b, whose lower surfaces are facing to the opposite direction of the pump 2, which are arranged alternately and continuously, while venting holes 17 are bored at the intermediate positions of the second slanted plates 15b respectively. According to this method, the exhaust gas A, containing a plenty of oil drops, collide against various parts of the corrugated plate when it flows to the direction of the exhaust port 4, and the oil drops are disturbed by changing their flowing directions and moving them up and down, therefore, the oil drops, mixed into the exhaust gas A are separated and returned into the oil reserve tank 1, thus, the amount of oil discharged to the outside of the tank 1 may be reduced effectively.
