    • PURPOSE:To perform stepless speed change under relatively high torque with simple and small size structure, by connecting a variable flow control valve between both operating liquid path ports in a distributor thereby controlling the relative slip between the casing and shaft. CONSTITUTION:Spaces in the casing of a liquid pressure engine 1 or the space at the high pressure side for delivering the operational liquid and the space at the low pressure side for sucking the operational liquid and a flow control valve 28 provided at the outside of the liquid engine 1 are connected through a pair of operational liquid flow paths 14, 15 and a distributor 23 mounted on the shaft 3. Consequently the liquid 1 can be used quite similarly with a pump or motor. In other word, a stepless speed change gear can be constructed without containing the liquid engine 1 in a special housing or without assembling in other component.

    • PURPOSE:To control the transmission torque finely and widely by providing a relief valve or a pressure regulation valve in the way of a loop for returning the operational liquid delivered from the high pressure side space in the casing to the low pressure side. CONSTITUTION:The secondary pressure of a pressure regulation valve 36 is varied properly to regulate the transmission torque from a motor A to an agitator to desired level. When operating said valve 36 in correspondense to the required capacity of the agitator (c) to control the transmission torque from the motor A to the agitator (c) while slipping the casing and shaft relatively, the loss work can be prevented effectively resulting in the energy save effect.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately convert an electrical signal into the amount of a mechanical operation by converting the imputted signal into a small displacement amount of the first movable member by means of a force motor, and also converting the operation amount of the piston moving by hydraulic pressure into a small displacement amount of the second movable member by means of a feedback mechanism, and then conducting control of working fluid of the piston fased on the difference between the above displacement amounts. CONSTITUTION:An electrical signal is inputted to a terminal 1a of a force motor 1, and its driving shaft 1b is displaced leftward, and further a spool 19 is displaced leftward to bring ports 31 and 32 into a condition of communication with each other. This causes pressurized fluid to flow from a port 31 into one introductory chamber 5 through a flow passage 28, and a piston 4 moves leftward. Energized by movement of the piston 4, a feedback rod 12 is rotated leftward, then a sleeve 18 is moved leftward in a manner like pursuing the spool 19. At a point of time when the port 31 is blocked up again by means of the spool 19, the piston 4 is stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To control flow rate of liquid supplied to an actuator without generating energy loss by relatively rotating and displacing a sleeve and a spool in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:In a condition such as indicated in the figure, that is, a spool 9 and a sleeve 10 of a flow control mechanism 7 completely shut off a branch passage and a discharge passage 8 of a hydraulic pressure supplying passage 2, delivery oil of a pump 1 is supplied to an actuator 3 as it is. When a load is applied to the actuator 3 to raise hydraulic pressure in a feeding passage 2, the sleeve 10 is moved rightward resisting a spring 11 by the hydraulic pressure conducted to a step part 20 and ports 13, 15 are partially overlapped. The ports 13, 15 are intermittently opened or closed in accordance with the rotation of the spool 9 as there are multiple ports 13, 15 made at the same angle and the same distance around the spool 9 and the sleeve 10, so that the liquid in the feeding passage 2 is intermittently discharged to a tank 5 side.
