SOLUTION: A cap 1 for a support is a cylindrical body comprising a circular top part 1 and a side wall part 12. Inside this, a recessed part 13 for the support to be inserted and fixed is formed. On the top part 11 and the side wall part 12, light accumulating paint parts 14 painted with light accumulating paint comprising Sr4Al14O25:Eu, Dy, and ordinary paint parts 15 painted with ordinary paint are formed like tree rings. For the patterns provided on the cap 1 for the support, therefore, the light accumulating paint parts 14 and the ordinary paint parts 15 are both recognized in the daytime to form the patterns as combination of these. At night, the light accumulating paint parts 41 emit blue light to be recognized, but the ordinary paint parts 15 look black where almost no light is radiated to be out of recognition.

Because also the ring 11 is energized in the direction opposite to that of the main body, the ring 11 is closely adhered in a state that the internal surface of the ring 11 presses on the internal surface of the hook 21 and the ring 11 is mounted on the bottom surface of the hook 21. Between the ring side plate 10 and the hook side plate 20 and on the upper surface of the hook 21, a spacer 30 is inserted. By this spacer 30, the ring side plate 10 is prevented from being thrusted in the direction of the main body 60.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn an object surely and safely by providing with an inner cylinder which can move up and down and which is rotatably in an outer cylinder whose upper part is opened, a fluid supplying means for supplying the fluid into the inner cylinder passing the outer cylinder, and a rotary plate for mounting an object arranged on the upper end of the inner cylinder. SOLUTION: A cylindrical outer cylinder 7 whose upper part is opened is fixed to the center of an installing plate 6, and a flange part 8 is formed on the upper end of the outer cylinder 7. A pipe 10 formed as a fluid supplying means is penetrated and connected to the bottom part of the outer cylinder 7. An inner cylinder 11 is housed in the outer cylinder 7 at a fine clearance freely to move up and down and freely to rotate. The inner cylinder 11 whose upper and lower parts are opened is formed in a cylindrical shape, a rotary plate 16 is water-tightly arranged on the upper end of the inner cylinder 11, a coupling disk 17 is arranged so as to cover on the rotary plate 16, and an object 20 is mounted on the upper surface of the coupling disk 17 through a base seat 19. It is thus possible to turn the object 20 surely and safely.
