    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate identification of load by storing load data to a data wireless transmitting part, and transmitting the load data to a data wireless receiving part in response to a data required signal from the data wireless receiving part. SOLUTION: A structure 200 is constructed on the surface of the ground 100, penetrates a tendon 310, and can advance and retreat therethrough. The other end part of the tendon 310 is buried in the inside of the ground 100, and a mansion 321 is provided in the end part of the side which is positioned out of the structure 200 of the tendon 310. An operation transformer type load cell 330 is set as a load measuring means for measuring load in the mansion 321. In addition, load data measured by the load cell 330 are stored, a data wireless transmitting part 360 for transmitting in response to a data required signal from data wireless receiving is provided, and a data wireless receiving part for receiving the load data transmitted from the data wireless transmitting part 360 is set. Thus, recovery of the load data can be easily and quickly performed.

    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to confirm a state of load acting on a tendon even if it is in a position separated from an installation position of a ground anchor device in the ground anchor device used for disaster prevention works, etc. CONSTITUTION: A structure 200 is constructed on the surface of a cliff 100. A tendon 310 passes through the structure 200 in a movable manner. One end of the tendon 310 is positioned to the outside of the structure, and the other end is buried inside the cliff 100. A mansion 321 is provided to the end on the side positioned to the outside of the structure 200 of the tendon 310. The mansion 321 is made to anchor the tendon 310 to the structure 200. A load cell 330 for measuring load acting on the mansion 321 through the structure 200 is provided. A luminous indicator 360 for indicating a state of load measured with the load cell 330 is provided. Load measured with the load cell 330 is compared with value set in advance to provide a controller 370 operating the luminous indicator 360.
