    • PURPOSE:To provide self-sealing effect by carrying out maintenance of a rubber sleeve type pressure requlating valve, easily in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION:Slits 11, 12 are provided separately in the vertical axial direction on a tapered circumferential wall 9 of a basket 8 which is reduced in the diameter as it goes upward, and a primary side of a fluid is connected to the upper slit 11 and a secondary side is connected to the lower slit 12 in a separated manner in the basket 8, and a rubber sleeve 13, which is formed into an inner shape slightly smaller than an external shape of the basket 8, and which is tapered with the upper end closed, is externally installed in the outside of the basket 8, while a pilot pressure chamber 16 surrounding the outer periphery of the rubber sleeve 13 is formed on the inside of a cover 14 coating the outside of the basket 8. When the secondary side pressure is high, the rubber sleeve 13 is adhered to the outer periphery of the basket 8, and a closed valve condition is provided where the communication of the upper and lower slits 11 and 12 is cut. When the secondary side pressure is reduced, the rubber sleeve 13 is pressed open by the primary side pressure, and a valve open condition is provided, where both of the slits 11 and 12 are communicated together.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure capable of limiting moving amount of a ball, even if fluid pressure acts on the ball, and preventing abnormal rise of torque and generation of operation defects and having superior sealing property, even if the ball valve is of a floating type. SOLUTION: In this ball valve, in which the ball 14 is incorporated rotatably into a valve casing 12 provided with fluid passages 11 and 11 on both sides, valve seat structures 16 in sliding contact with the ball 14 are provided at positions on both sides sandwiching the balls 14 within the valve casing 12 and the communication of both the fluid passages 11 and 11 is opened/closed by the turning operation of the ball 14, the valve seat structure 16 is constituted by an integral structure of a soft seat 17, in sliding contact with the ball 14 and a core 18 formed, by using a material softer than that of the ball 14, and the core 18 is used also as a stopper of the ball 14, when the soft sheet 17 receives compression by the ball 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a directly operated butterfly valve, which can lock a posture of a valve plate by elastic engagement, release and set the locking mechanism during operation of the valve, and operate the valve with single operation. SOLUTION: A disc 21 which is elstically rotated unitedly with an operation shaft 11 and pressed down and energized by means of a belleville spring 22 is arranged on the operation shaft 11 for opening and closing a valve plate 4 of a butterfly valve, so as to be faced to a fixed portion on the side of a valve main body 1. A plurality of recessions are formed on one of the disc 21 and the fixed poriton on the valve main body 1 side opposed to each other, spaced with specified intevals on the same circumference around an axis of the operation shaft 11. On the other of the opposed surfaces, balls 23 corresponding to the recessions in number and arragement are formed so as to elastically and disengageably engage with the recessions. The recessions and the balls 23 are elastically engaged and disengaged with each other during operation of a the valve.
