When processing speed different from a reference processing speed is stored in a storage part 62 for storing processing speed, the control part 6 reads out a conversion coefficient in accordance with the processing speed from a storage part 64 for storing a conversion coefficient, and integrates it with a counted value in a storage part 67 for storing the integrated number of sheets after multiplying the counted value by it in a conversion processing part 65. The number of image forming sheets obtained in the case of performing all the image forming processing at the reference processing speed is stored in the storage part 67.

SOLUTION: A switching means is composed of a power supply unit 102 and a control substrate 103, and a control program for controlling the switching means is stored in a ROM 111, then a CPU 110 fitly calls contents of the ROM 111 to control the switching means. And the CPU 110 selects the current-carrying time which does not cause sizable voltage drop, then it carriers out phase control on several occasions in the current-carrying time approximately same as this current-carrying time. That is, the phase control is carried out in a first control pattern in which the voltage is supplied in the current-carrying time T1, then the voltage is supplied in the current-carrying time T2 longer than the current-carrying time T1, thereafter the voltage is supplied in the current- carrying time T3 shorter than the current-carrying time T2.

CONSTITUTION:When an operation part 12 is turned on, the reading action of the department control card 2 on the original platen 1 is started. Next, a copying lamp 3 is turned on and the image of the card 2 irradiated with the light of the lamp 3 is made incident on a CCD 8 through mirrors 4-6 and a lens 7. The light made incident on the CCD 8 is inputted to an auditor 9. Besides, a signal inputted to the auditor 9 is compared with a previously registered signal. Then, when it coincides with a registered content, the inhibiting state of the copying action is canceled and the copying action is started. At this time, the signal outputted from the CCD 8 is switched so as to be inputted to an image processing part 10. When the operation part 12 is turned on, the image of an original is read by the CCD 8 and the information thereof is inputted to the processing part 10. Besides, it is outputted to a copying paper.

CONSTITUTION:The boosting circuit 33 is connected to the second terminal 40 having a low output voltage while boosting the output to the voltage larger than the output voltage of a first output terminal 39 and the relay switch 32 making the output of the second output terminal 40 ON/OFF is interposed between the boosting circuit 33 and the second output terminal 40. Since the output voltage of the second output terminal 40 is boosted to the voltage larger than that of the first output terminal 39, the output voltage of the first output terminal 39 is lowered by obtaining the required largest output voltage from the second output terminal 40. Consequently, since the voltage value applied on the relay switch 30 connected to the first out put terminal 39 is dropped, the miniaturized and inexpensive relay switch is available.
