摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the image quality good by smoothly transferring paper sheets without making an apparatus large because of an elongated paper transfer path even when the paper sheets pass sequentially through a plurality of kinds of imaging parts having different imaging speeds. SOLUTION: When an ink image is to be formed by the second imaging part 220, the paper sheet P supplied from a paper feed 300 is passed through the first paper transfer path 230 in a direction of an arrow C, and transferred on the second paper transfer path 240 in a direction of an arrow D. Once the paper sheet P passes the second imaging part 220, the transfer direction is reversed to transfer the paper sheet on the second paper transfer path 240 in a direction of an arrow E. During this time, the ink image is formed to a front face of the paper sheet at the second imaging part 220. Thereafter, the paper is transferred again on the second paper transfer path 240 in the arrow direction D and discharged onto a copy receiving tray 261 of a delivery part 260 with the imaging face turned upside.

When the manual tray 61 in use is positioned in the horizontal direction substantially, a projection part serving as a regulating means and the recess part are engaged with each other, so that the side cover 60 cannot be turned in the predetermined direction. In this way, the side cover 60 is prevented from turning by means of a simple structure when the manual feed tray 61 is used, so that damage of the manual feed tray 61 can be prevented.

That is, the phase control is carried out in a first control pattern in which the voltage is supplied in the current-carrying time T1, then the voltage is supplied in the current-carrying time T2 longer than the current-carrying time T1, thereafter the voltage is supplied in the current- carrying time T3 shorter than the current-carrying time T2.

When the operation part 12 is turned on, the image of an original is read by the CCD 8 and the information thereof is inputted to the processing part 10. Besides, it is outputted to a copying paper.

That is, if the media sheet 3 generates a meandering, a shrink, or the like, the time the mark reaches to the reading device 8 is changed, and in such an occasion, it is decided that a jamming is generated.
