    • PURPOSE:To obtain an image having good quality by setting the image forming process speed at the time of heating and processing at the low speed and the image forming process speed at the time of processing of at least only the pressure breakdown at the high speed. CONSTITUTION:A medium sheet 2 is drawn out of a medium cartridge 1 and is taken up with a take-up haft 1b via an exposing part P 1, a buffer roller 3 and a pressure developing part P 2. Microcapsules into which a photosetting material and coloring dyes are sealed, are applied on the medium sheet 2. The medium sheet 2 is exposed with the partial microcapsules by the light reflected from an original on the exposing part P 1 and a latent image is thereby formed. The medium sheet is thereafter superposed on an image forming sheet 8 and the uncured microcapsules are broken down and the image is developed in the pressure developing part P 2. The image forming process speed is set low at the time when the image forming sheet 8 of a pressure development processing agent is heated. Thus, the image forming sheet is sufficiently heated and the coloring reaction is accelerated, by which the image of the sufficient density is obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the source resistance when operated by a source earth resulting in the great improvement of a high frequency characteristic by a method wherein a V groove with the top end reaching the inside of a substrate is opened at the center of a source region constituting an FET, and a source electrode is adhered along the surface of this groove. CONSTITUTION:A P type layer 2 is epitaxial-grown on the P type Si substrate 1 having (100) plane orientation, and thereon an N type source region 3 and drain region 4 are diffusion-formed. Next, at the center of the region 3, the groove 5 with the top end going from the surface of the layer 2 into the surface of the substrate 1 is opened by an etching using KOH etchant, and accordingly the surface of the groove 5 is changed into a (111) plane. Thereafter, between a part serving as a gate positioned between regions 3 and 4, and the region 4, utilizing self-alignment, an N type drift region 7 is formed by an ion implantation resulting in the constitution of an offset gate. Thereafter, while being made along the surface of the V groove, the source electrode 6 reaching the substrate 1 is adhered.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a photosensitive sheet from being used uselessly by delaying the drawing-out start timing of the photosensitive sheet at the time of enlargement copying against the time of unmagnification copying. CONSTITUTION:At the time of unmagnification, the speed of an optical system device coincides with a medium sheet carrying speed, therefore, a motor M1 for driving an optical system and a motor M2 for driving a buffer roller are started simultaneously. Also, based on the unmagnification as a reference, the time T2 for delaying a driving start of the buffer roller at the time of enlargement magnification R becomes T2=(M.R-B)/S. In this regard, M denotes the approach distance of an optical system device. That is, at the time of enlargement copying, the T2 time is calculated from the 2 expression and after the T2 time elapses after the movement of the optical system is started, the buffer roller is driven. In such a manner, the drawing-out quantity of a medium sheet at the time of enlargement copying is reduced, therefore, the medium sheet can be saved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for attaining improvement in work efficiency by reducing work due to an operator. SOLUTION: A first document is fed by an automatic document feeder (ADF36), images thereon are read, image processing of the read image data is completed, a second document is fed, images on that document are read and image data for two pages are stored in a memory. Thus, feeding of transfer paper from a storage part and image forming on that transfer paper, namely, image output processing is carried out for forming images on both sides of the transfer paper with the read image data for two images. Thus, the images on the two documents are read, the image data are stored and afterwards, operation for forming images on the transfer paper is started, and consequently, even when a read defect occurs on the side of the ADF during implementation of reading the image, the operation for forming the images on the transfer paper is not started and labor for the operator in jam processing on the transfer paper side can be eliminated.
