摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a container with buffering property suitable for, especially, a chicken egg container having net like see-through openings and capable of seeing through a content therein from the outside by a method wherein plural slits or pores are formed to a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet and the resultant sheet is preheated and, thereafter, molded into a container like form. CONSTITUTION:Slits or pores are formed to a foamed sheet of a thermoplastic resin (e.g.; PS) in a zigzag pattern. The resultant sheet is preheated and, thereafter, molded by a known sheet molding process such as a compression molding process, a vacuum molding process or the like and, at the same time, slits or pores are enlarged to obtain a container having net like see-through openings. Further, in forming slits or pores to the foamed sheet, by partially changing density of slits or pores or a length of the slits and a dimension of the pores corresponding to a shape of a finally molded container, see-through openings suitable for the shape of the container are pref. formed.

The cutting-off section 6 is operated in response to information from the detection unit 5 to cut off the rear end of the sheet A. The cut-off end is overlapped with the front end of a next sheet A'' and fuse-bonded thereto by the connection unit 7. The sheet A'' is then fed from the next sheet feed section 2'.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a container having net like see-through openings and, especially, suitable for an chicken egg container by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet having many slits or pores preliminarily formed thereto is pulled and subjected to heating set to form a net like sheet and, thereafter, said net like sheet is molded into the container. CONSTITUTION:To a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet (e.g.; a foamed polystyrene sheet), slits or pores are preliminarily formed in a zigzag pattern and the resultant sheet is set by heating under a tension condition to form a net like foamed sheet. Next, said net like foamed sheet is preheated if necessary and, thereafter, molded by a conventional sheet molding process such as a compression molding process, a vacuum molding process or the like to obtain a container having net like see- through openings. Thereby, an egg container which is excellent in buffering property and air permeability and, further, can easily confirm shell gloss of a chicken egg, a broken egg or the like therein from the outside is simply obtained.
