    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a pipe joint which can allow a so-called required adjustment work, thereby can attain a reliable connection of the pipe and can eliminate a burdensome connection work. SOLUTION: A hole is provided on a ring holding section penetrating therethrough to the outside of a receiving mouth, a ring radius expansion member is inserted beforehand into the hole from outside the receiving mouth and is fitted into a split of a split ring to keep expanding the radius of the split ring larger than the outer diameter of the pipe and thereby the insertion to and the withdrawal from the pipe to be connected can be done easily during the connection work. After being set up at proper position through adjustments by insertion to or withdrawal from the pipe, the ring radius expansion member is removed from the split of the split ring, then the split ring is locked to the pipe and the pipe is prevented from coming out. Since there is no such process in which the undue stress is applied, the laborious pipe connection work is lightened and there is no apprehension that any component is damaged.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent fire resistance by forming a fire resistive structure body of a face bar layer formed of non-combustible material, a fire resistive expansion sheet layer and a foam body or cushioning material layer, and forming the fire resistive sheet layer of thermoplastic resin or rubber material. SOLUTION: A fire resistive expansion sheet layer 2 and a layer 31 formed of a foam body or cushioning material, are laminated on one face of a face bar layer 1 formed of a composite board with an inorganic board 11 and a metal board 12 laminated, to form a fire resistive structure body. A face bar layer 1, a layer 31 formed of a foam body and cushioning material, and a fire resistive expansion sheet layer 2 are laminated in this order to form a fire resistive structure body, and the foam body and cushioning material layer 31 is formed into a layer comprising wire gauze of corrugated, protrusive or uneven shape, or a honeycomb layer. A fire resistive expansion sheet 2 and wire gauze of hexagonal pattern are laminated on a face bar layer 1 with a stainless steel plate 12 laminated on an inorganic board 11 formed of cement- chip compound material, to form a fire resistive structure body. The structure body excellent in fire resistance can therefore be obtained.
