摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally eliminable material capable of being eliminated in a short time, by heating the material at a relatively low temperature, scarcely causing deterioration nor decomposition of the material at an ordinary working temperature. SOLUTION: This thermally eliminable material consists mainly of a polyoxyalkylene resin, wherein the material has an oxygen atom content of 15-55 wt% and has such eliminability that 95 wt% or more of the material is eliminated within a time of ≤10 min, when heated at a specified temperature between 150 and 350°C. Polyoxypropylene, polyoxyethylene, polyoxytetramethylene or a mixed resin of the polyoxypropylene and the polyoxyethylene and/or the polyoxytetramethylene is preferably used as the polyoxyalkylene resin. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a lightweight composite panel by which the foam core honeycomb structural member is formed comprises the process to form a lattice-shaped groove 2 such as a squire simple lattice in preferably, a thermoplastic plastic foam, especially, a platelike porous body 1 of a polyolefin foam such as a polyethylene foam or a polypropylene foam, with the help of a heat generating wire, the process to fill the lattice-shaped groove 2 with, preferably a thermosetting or a reactive curable substance 3 such as an epoxy resin, for example, and the process to cure the curable substance by means of heating or the like. Also the manufacturing device for the lightweight composite panel is provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which has such a flowability as to exhibit a viscosity enabling coating, has a long pot life, develops cohesive power by short-time irradiation with light, does not require a temporary bonding work, and is excellent in resistances to impact and creep after curing. SOLUTION: This composition contains a compound (X) having a crosslinking or polymerizing group and a compound (Y) which, when irradiated with an active energy ray, generates a component which causes the crosslinking or polymerization of at least a part of compound X. The viscosity of the composition is 1-10,000,000 cP (25 deg.C). The conversion of compound X just after the completion of the irradiation with an active energy ray is 70% or lower; and that after 24 hr aging at 25 deg.C after the completion of the irradiation is 50-100%. The elongation at break and dynamic tensile modulus of a cured item after 24 hr aging at 25 deg.C after the completion of the irradiation is 10-1, 000% and 105-109 Pa, respectively.

The joining of a member by using this pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is performed by irradiating the sheet with light to cure it before or after joining the member to an adherent through the sheet.

SOLUTION: This curing type tacky adhesive sheet comprises an adhesive polymer such as an acrylic polymer, a resin having epoxy groups and a compound for inducing the ring-opening reaction of the epoxy groups. Therein, a dynamic shear storage elastic modulus is 10 -10 in conditions comprising a frequency of 10Hz and a temperature of 0-50 deg.C, and the maximum value in values (tan δ) obtained by dividing a dynamic shear loss elastic modulus with the dynamic shear storage elastic modulus exists between -25 and +25 deg.C. The dynamic shear storage elastic modulus at a frequency of 0.1Hz and at 25 deg.C is 10 -10 , after the compound for inducing the ring-opening reaction of the epoxy groups is activated and subsequently aged at 25 deg.C for 7 days. The curing type tacky adhesive sheet can be used as an adhesive sheet at the ordinary state, and can be cured by the ring-opening polymerization reaction of the epoxy groups, when an activation energy is imparted.
