摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a load for support, and prevent lubricating oil from leaking when a fluid bearing in which both ends of a shaft is fixed is inclined. SOLUTION: A double sleeve-type fluid dynamic pressure bearing is constituted of a fixed shaft 1, a rotation sleeve 2 disposed such that a first small gap 5 is formed between an inner peripheral surface thereof and an outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft 1, a fixed sleeve 3 disposed such that a second small gap 6 is formed between an inner peripheral surface thereof and an outer peripheral surface of the rotation sleeve 2, and a holder member 4 disposed such that a third small gap 7 is formed between the holder member 4 and a lower end surface of the rotation sleeve 2. Each of one end of the first small gap 5 and the second small gap 6 serves as opening ends 11, 12 which are exposed to an atmosphere, respectively, and each of another ends of the first and second gaps 5, 6 serves as a closed end which communicates with each other via the third small gap 7. These small gaps 5, 6 and 7 are filled with lubricating oil 18. Axial dynamic pressure generating grooves 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d are provided to the first and second small gaps 5 and 6, and a thrust dynamic pressure generating groove 9 is provided to the third small gap 7.

SOLUTION: A fluid bearing part comprises an R shaft forming a rotor, an R shaft flange formed coaxially with the R shaft near the center in the axial direction of the R shaft, an upper plate and a base for forming a housing space for housing the rotor and oil with which a clearance of the housing space is filled. On both the end faces of the R shaft flange, thrust dynamic pressure grooves for generating dynamic pressure in a thrust direction are formed. On the R shaft, a radial dynamic pressure groove for generating dynamic pressure in a radial direction is formed. On the upper plate, a flange part forming a surface opposed to the upper end face of the R shaft and a cylindrical part for forming a surface opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the R shaft flange are integrally formed. Accordingly, a step part for fitting the flange part to the cylindrical part does not need to be formed. SOLUTION: Dynamic pressure generating grooves to generate dynamic pressure on edge parts are formed on an upper end part, a lower end part and an outer peripheral part of a ring member on the dynamic pressure bearing furnished with an annulus ring member, a shaft press-fitted in a central hole of this ring member, a member furnished with a hollow part to store the ring member and to form an opposite surface of the ring member and oil filled in a clearance between the ring member and the hollow part. Chamfered cutout parts are formed on these edge parts. Stability of the ring member is increased as the dynamic pressure is uniformly generated in the vertical direction of the roughly chamfered surface. Additionally, even a part facing the chamfered part is formed in a shape corresponding to the edge part, and accordingly, stability of the ring member is further increased. Further, the level control means is constituted by an inner circumferential face of the reservoir 206 as a cylinder, a piston 208 fitted in the inner circumferential face thereof, and a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder 210 for driving the piston.

SOLUTION: With respect to a rotor having magnets and a magnetic shielding member on the peripheral surface of a hub, the magnetic shielding member and the hub are separated from each other, so that the magnetic shielding member can be installed on the hub after the magnets are attached to the hub. Thus, if the hub with a magnetic shielding member which is not yet installed is inserted into a coil for magnetization, the hitting of the magnetic shielding member against the coil end of the coil for magnetization does not occur. Therefore, it is possible to attach the unmagnetized magnets to the hub, insert the magnets into the coil for magnetization together with the hub, and magnetize the magnets.
