摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet for motors which smoothes changeover between each north pole and south pole caused by displacement of a circumferential surface, rotates a rotor with less nonuniformity of its rotating speed, and manufacturable at a lower cost. SOLUTION: This magnet 32 is of a cylindrical shape, and north poles and south poles are arranged/formed alternately in its circumferential direction. In the boundary part 32' between each north pole and south pole, cuts 32b, 32c are formed from the internal circumferential surface 32d side and external circumferential surface 32e side respectively. By magnetizing a magnet member of a cylindrical shape having cuts 32b, 32c with magnetizing yoke counterposed on the circumferential surfaces of the member, it becomes possible to perform manufacture weakening the magnetic force of the boundary part 32' between the north pole and south pole.

A female thread is formed at the inner-periphery surface of the skirt 11 of the cup-shaped hub 6, and a male thread is formed at the outer-periphery surface of the ring-shaped back yoke 10 respectively, enabling movement of the rotor magnet 7 in the axial direction.

SOLUTION: A double sleeve-type fluid dynamic pressure bearing is constituted of a fixed shaft 1 whose both ends are respectively fixed to a device to be used, a rotation sleeve 2 disposed such that a first small gap 5 is formed between a inner peripheral surface thereof and outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft 1 and a fixed sleeve 3 disposed such that a second small gap 6 is formed between an inner peripheral surface thereof and an outer peripheral surface of the rotation sleeve 2. Each of one end of the first small gap 5 and the second small gap 6 serves as opening ends 11, 12 which are exposed to an atmosphere, respectively, and each of another ends of the first and second gaps 5, 6 serves as a closed end which communicates with each other. These small gaps 5 and 6 are filled with lubricating oil 18. Axial dynamic pressure generating grooves 8a and 8b are provided to the first small gap 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fast fixing and connecting conductors by sandwiching the conductors to be connected by a sandwiching device provided on a printed board on which conductive lines are printed. SOLUTION: Two conductive lines 2 having connecting parts 2a on both ends are printed on a substrate 1. Sandwiching devices 3 are pasted by adhesive near each of the connecting parts 2a of the substrate 1. A sandwiching device 3 is formed by molding a conductive material and is provided with a sandwiching part 3b in a concave form between two crests on bases 3a. The bases 3a of the sandwiching part 3 and the connecting parts 2a of the conductive lines 2 are electrically connected by soldering. Since the sandwiching devices 3 which have been previously provided on the substrate 1 are connected with a continuity to the conductive lines 2 printed on the substrate, conductors 7 to be connected need only to be sandwiched by the sandwiching parts 3b in a concave form between the two crests of the sandwiching devices 3. When the conductors 7 are covered with insulating protective films, it is sufficient that the insulating protective films be eliminated before sandwiching the conductors 7. In this way, the conductors can be fixed and connected to the substrate speedily and easily.

In addition, gaps R4 and R5 exist, and appropriate values are selected for the gaps at the time of a design in the range of about 4-20 microns. The narrow gaps R1-R5 are filled with lubricating oil through vacuum injecting method or a dropping method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process in a noncontact manner at high speed by forming and separating by a predetermined distance in a plane direction at least a source electrode and a part for supplying electric charges to ink. SOLUTION: In a state with a high voltage applied between a source electrode 3 and a counter electrode 6 from a driving power source 8, a photoconductive body 2 is irradiated with a write light 10 by a light projection means 7 from the side of the source electrode 3. As a result, a resistance value at a projected area of the photoconductive body 2 is decreased and consequently a light current flows at the area thereby electrically connecting the source electrode 3 and an ink chamber 5. Since electric changes are injected to the ink chamber 5, the ink receiving a Coulomb's force flies to the counter electrode 6 from an ink jet part 11, adheres and is fixed to a medium 9 to be recorded. Not only the electric charges are directly injected to the ink chamber 5 from the photoconductive body 2, but a terminal point of the source electrode 3 as a charge injection source and a charge injection part are arranged via a predetermined distance in an in-plane direction of a film of the photoconductive body 2. Moreover, the source electrode 3, ink jet part 11 and counter electrode 6 are set linearly.
