    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal energy converting device to take out an energy with a fluid change generated from a change of the ambient temperature, capable of taking out the energy efficiently even from a rapid change or a minute change of the ambient temperature. SOLUTION: A fluid accommodation part 10 is formed in a pipe shape elongated and arranged in such a way as wound round spirally. The pipe shape of the accommodation part 10 is circular in the section, and the tail of the part 10 is closed, and the base end is connected with a changing part 11 formed capable of expanding and contracting. The fluid accommodation part 10 is as a whole formed spirally as shown in the attached illustration, and its pipe- shaped portions (elongated parts) are in tight contacting with one another. The speed of displacement of the movable part 21 can be adjusted by replacing the phase change material. The movable part 21 doesn't turn back even when the temperature goes up and down because of a configuration that the transmitting mechanism 13 transmits only one of increase and decrease of the volume of the phase change material to the movable part 21 and doesn't transmit the other to movable part 21.

When the body A 11 is coupled with the inner diameter of the body 7, B 10 as a reference, the center of the body A 11, the center of the body B 10 and the center of a motor shaft 13 agree. Here, a sleeve 3 of the bearing 2 has the force for holding the motor shaft 13 and has the structure, wherein release and attachment are made easy.
