摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently charge deaerated ink by setting a pressure reducing chamber so that an ink supply port is lowered, pressure reducing to a predetermined pressure, injecting the ink of a predetermined amount by an injection needle, temporarily sealing it by thermal press bonding, retaining an ink bag, primarily sealing a lower part from ink liquid level, and cutting its center. SOLUTION: An ink bag 1" is set by inserting a support bar 14 into a through hole and setting an upper end to an enlarged state. A door 11 is closed, and a vacuum pump 13 is operated to pressure reduce a pressure reducing chamber 10, tube 20 and metering tube 30 to predetermined pressure. A needle inserting member 19 is moved down to dispose an ink injection needle 18 into the bag 1", a stop valve 34 is opened, a gas-liquid separation unit 22 is shut off, ink of predetermined amount dispensed to the tube 30 is injected by opening a stop valve 28 and pressing a piston 32 of the tube 32. And, the needle 18 is retracted, temporarily sealed by thermal press bonding tools 15, 15', retained until it becomes a predetermined thickness, a lower position from the temporarily sealed part is sandwiched between the tools 15 and 15', primarily sealed and cut.
