摘要： PURPOSE:To improve workability and safety at the time of delivery by fitting and storing a steel strand converged into a form of ring, into a lower roller as well as an inside roller of a roller base, and by rotating the steel strand in contact with the lower roller as well as the inside roller so as to deliver it as required. CONSTITUTION:Each roller base 12a has a lower roller 16a loosely suspended on the upper surface so as to rotate in longitudinal direction, and an inside roller 16b loosely suspended almost perpendicular to the lower roller 16a. A steel strand 18 converged in a form of ring is mounted on the lower roller 16a and the inside roller 16b of each roller base 12a, and after the trapping is released, one end of the steel strand 18 is drawn and is rotated, so as to deliver the steel strand 18 as required. After it is cut, trapping is executed so as to prevent the steel strand 18 from springing and scattering.
