The fishing line winding device 2 is constituted of a hydraulic pump 22 for supplying and circulating oil inside an oil tank inside a hydraulic circuit with fixed pressure, a motor for driving the hydraulic pump and two solenoid valves 23 and 24 for controlling the supply direction and supply amount (hydraulic) of the oil to the hydraulic motor.
