    • PURPOSE:To enable a photovoltage device to be provided with a texture effect keeping high in mechanical strength by a method wherein filler is mixed into not a first resin layer which serve as a substrate but a second resin layer formed on the first resin layer to make the surface of the second layer rugged. CONSTITUTION:A light transmitting and flexible first resin layer 3 serving as a substrate is formed on a support base 1, and a light transmitting and flexible second resin layer 4 whose surface is rugged by mixing filler into it is formed on the first resin layer 3. That is, filter is mixed into not the first resin layer 3 which serve as a substrate but the second resin layer formed on the first resin layer to make the surface of the second layer rugged. By this setup, even if the first resin layer 3 is separated off from the support base 1, the resin layer 3 is large enough in mechanical strength to serve as a substrate, and a texture effect can be obtained through the rugged surface of the second resin layer 4, so that a flexible photovoltage device high in photoelectric conversion efficiency can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To secure an optimum shape for an aircraft without changing the form and the like of wings for enlarging the light receiving area by arranging thin film-shaped solar cells at least on the upper and lower surfaces of wings, and thereby increasing a light receiving range. CONSTITUTION:In an aircraft provided with a body 10, wings 12, 13, a vertical tail 14, auxiliary wings 15 on the main wings 12, a propeller 16, and wheels, thin film-shaped solar cells 20 are mounted on the upper and lower surfaces of the main wings 12, the rear wing 13, and the auxiliary wings 15, and both surfaces of the vertical tail 14. The reflection ratio of solar light beams above cloud is about 60-90 degrees. In this aircraft, in the case of flying above cloud, power generation is carried out by the color cells 20. A separation part between photo-electric conversion elements is set parallel to the line between the front edge to the rear edge of wing to smooth air stream along the wing to flow to the rear edge without being distrubed by the separation part and to eliminate resistance and the like caused by stepped conditions of the separation part.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent dropdown of heat exchanging efficiency and rising-up of solar battery temperature by interposing a light transmissible heat insulating plate which transmits visible light including IR rays arriving from light transmissible base plate side and reflects IR rays from heat absorbing plate side between a solar battery and a heat absorbing plate. CONSTITUTION:Light reaching parts where no solar batteries are placed advances through a light transmissible base plate 1, a cooling duct 5, a light transmissible heat insulating plate 4 and a heat absorbing duct 6, and reaches a heat absorbing plate 3, where the light is converted into heat. The heat heats heating wind 3 flowing through the heat absorbing duct 6 in the vicinity of the heat absorbing plate 3, and is carried to parts where the heat is utilized for heating units or and absorbing cooling units. Cooling wind 7 is compulsorily sent from a fan or the like into the cooling duct 5 to cool the solar battery 2 from the back surface. On the other hand, when radiated sunrays reach the heat absorbing plate 3 the surface of which is coated with black coating, the plate 3 radiates IR rays to the heat absorbing 6 side. The IR rays, reaching the light transmissible heat insulating plate 3, cannot advance onto the cooling duct 5 side, but is reflected toward the heat absorbing duct 6 side. Thus the solar battery 2 is never heated by the IR rays from the heat absorbing plate 3.

    • PURPOSE:To smooth a starting at low illuminance by a method wherein a condensing body to store a minimum electromotive force is connected in parallel to a solar battery for feeding a current to an electric motor through a switch body, and by detecting that the condensing body is charged with electricity, the switch body is brought into an energizing state. CONSTITUTION:In the morning in which a solar radiation amount is low and illuminance is low, an output from a solar battery 11 is not increased to a power enough high to allow the starting of an electric motor 14 of a blast fan 16. Thereby, a transistor 13 serving as a switch body is brought into an non-energizing state and a capacitor (condensing body) 12 is charged with an output from the solar battery 11. When it is detected by a control part 15 that voltages at both ends of the condensing body 12 exceed a minimum starting power, the switch body 13 is energized, an output from the condensing body 12 is applied togetherwith the output from the solar battery 11, and the electric motor 14 is smoothly started. Since regarding a power after the electric motor 14 is started, there is no need for a high power, drive can be maintained by means of an output from the solar battery 11.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process of a photovoltaic device by obtaining electric coupling of isolation and adjacent photoelectric conversion regions with each photoelectric conversion region after performing a fine-processing of these isolation and coupling parts through irradiation of energy beams and by forming a transmission part where it allows a part of incident lights to penetrate after utilizing a mask process. CONSTITUTION:A part of laminates irradiated by the second laser beam LB2 is removed from the laminates in order to divide the laminates of an amorphous semiconductor film 5 and the second electrode film 6 which are uniformly in a row by straddling on a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions 7a and 7b... each laminate of 7a and 7b... and prevents penetration of the second laser beam LB2 to a lower layer because of existence of a thick insulating member 4ab.... Many transmission parts 9, 9... like stripes are formed so as to allow a part of incident lights to penetrate by utilizing a simple mask process at respective photoelectric conversion regions 7a and 7b.... Especially, as the transmission parts 9, 9... permit the part of the incident lights to penetrate, they eliminate the need for performing such a fine-processing as required for a coupling part for conductivity members 3ab... that are in the state of the same unavailable regions.
