摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a watertproofing metal fitting having good draining performance and allowing a water conduit to be installed easily by providing both sides of a bulge part with inclined parts having draining notch parts at their lower ends, forming corrugations perpendicular to ridge direction on the respective upper surfaces of the bulge part and each inclined part, and providing gable side ends with hanging end walls having pipe storage recesses. CONSTITUTION: Inclined parts 92 which incline and overhang outward toward a lower part are provided at the lower edges of both sides of an upwardly projecting bulge part 91 and a draining notch part 93 is formed at the lower end of each inclined part 92. A plurality of corrugations 900 perpendicular to ridge direction are formed on the respective upper surfaces of the bulge part 91 and each inclined part 92. Hanging end walls 106 are provided at the respective gable side ends of the bulge part 91 and each inclined part 92 and a vertically open pipe storage recess 108 is formed in the outer surface of each hanging end wall 106. Therefore, leaking water does not enter longitudinally but can be drained easily from the draining notch parts 93 onto roof boards, and a water conduit 110 can be installed easily.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify wiring operations and reduce the running cost by connecting a battery to a solar cell arranged in a place where the sun light is irradiated, and connecting the battery with an opening/closing control mechanism for a movable member which opens and closes the opening in a cross member. CONSTITUTION:An opening for ventilation 7 to put the inside and outside of building in communication is provided in a part of a cross member 3 located between upper and lower window glasses 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b. This cross member 3 is fitted with a movable member 9 which opens and closes the opening 7. A solar cell 12 is arranged in the position of building where sun beam is irradiated, and a battery 13 in connection with this solar cell 12 is connected to a motor 14 of an opening/closing control mechanism 15, which is coupled with the movable member 9. This permits close location of the battery 13 and motor 14 to provide simple wiring work, and further, driving of the motor 14 by the solar cell 12 should reduce the running cost.
