    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary press-driving pile device capable of constructing a portion for supporting a pile under the pile after the pile is inserted into the ground.
      SOLUTION: This rotary press-driving pile device 1 is connected to the lower end of the pile buried in the ground and inserted into the ground together with the pile. The rotary press-driving pile device comprises a rotating shaft 10 inserted into the pile and normally and reversely rotated around the axis of the pile, an excavating member 20 engaged with the lower end of the rotating shaft 10 projecting from the lower end of the pile and excavating the ground by normally or reversely rotating, a compacting member 30 to which the lower end of the pile is connected and which pushes out the excavated sediment to the outside by engaging with the excavating member 20 and normally rotating. The rotating shaft 10 and the excavating member 20 are engaged with each other when the rotating shaft 10 is normally or reversely rotated. The excavating member 20 and the compacting member 30 are engaged when the excavating member 20 is normally rotated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation pile construction method which is excellent in workability and positively obtains support force even if a long pile body is employed.
      SOLUTION: The foundation pile construction method is carried out by using an auger having an excavating blade, and a rotary pressing pile device 1 having an excavating blade 16 larger than the pile body 2 on a distal end 3 of the pile body 2 and pressed for excavation by axial rotation. According to the method, the ground is preliminarily excavated by the auger to form an excavated hole 61, and a foot protection liquid is injected to a lower portion of the excavated hole 61 to form a foot protection portion 62 formed of a mixture consisting of the foot protection liquid and soil, followed by drawing up the auger 51. After back filling discharged soil into the excavated hole 61, the rotary pressing pile device 1 is axially rotated to pressing the pile body 2 into the excavated hole 61. By virtue of the preliminary excavation of the auger 51, even a long pile is easily built in, and by virtue of the foot protection portion 62 formed by the auger 51, predetermined support force is obtained.
