SOLUTION: A ground improving device concerned 1 includes a plurality of excavation shafts 10 having an outer shaft 11 and inner shaft 12 which are rotated in the opposite directions where a working head 70 is connected at the tip. The arrangement comprises an excavation shaft driving device 20 installed under a leader and equipped with a prime mover 21 and a transmission mechanism 22 for transmitting the power of the prime mover 21 to the outer shafts 11 of the excavation shafts 10, a rotation synchronizing device 40 installed between the outer shafts 11 for synchronizing the rotations of the outer shafts 11, and an excavation shaft elevating/sinking device 50 which is arranged over the device 20 as capable of elevating and sinking along the leader, to which the tops of the outer shaft 11 and inner shaft 12 of the excavation shafts 10 are mounted, and which is equipped with a reversely transmitting mechanism 51 for elevating and sinking the excavation shafts 10 and transmitting the powers of the outer shafts 11 to the inner shafts 12.

    • PURPOSE:To make the effective length of an excavating shaft longer, and enhance a working efficiency by forming the excavating shaft slidably supported on a leader out of mutiple hollow pipes, letting power for an supported excavating means and a lifting means be supplied from a single prime mover set at the lower section. CONSTITUTION:The excavating shaft 26 which is slidably supported by the leader 22 of an excavator 21 in a place such as the inside of a tunnel where a working height is limited, is formed out of multiple hollow pipes, and concurrently an excavating shaft drive means 23 and an excavating shaft lifting means 24 are disposed at the lower section and the upper section respectively via a speed change transmitting mechanism. Besides, a prime mover 25 is set in the lower drive means 23 so as to allow an excavating blade and the like to be rotated, and also to allow the lifting means 24 to be driven via the excavating shaft 26. In addition, the center of gravity of the leader 22 is lowered to prevent the leader from falling down, and concurrently the drive means 23 and 24 are made thin in thickness to lengthen the effective length of the excavating shaft 26 as much as possible, so that the number of shaft replacement is thereby reduced. Besides, an injection path for coolant and cement milk and the like is provided for the inside of the excavating shaft 26. By this constitution, works can thereby be efficiently carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a mast supporter, and to improve safety by installing a sliding base to an upper machine body in a freely horizontally movable manner, rotatably supporting a swivel base to the sliding base and supporting a mast to the swivel base. SOLUTION: Excavated materials are stirred while excavating a pit by a kelly-bar type stirring rod 8 under the state, in which a sliding base 11 is positioned at an intermediate place in the longitudinal direction of a guide structure frame 10. Cement milk is injected, and a ground is improved. A swivel base 12 is turned at a required angle by driving a torque actuator 20 after improvement corresponding to one pit, a leader mast 3 and the stirring rod 8 with the leader mast 3 are slewed and moved to sections adjacent to a preceding pit, and excavation, stirring and the injection of cement milk are conducted. The swivel base 12 is rotated at every required angle similarly, the rod 8 is slewed successively along the orbit R of slewing, and the ground is improved in response to one slewing section. A travelling truck 1 is moved forward at a necessary distance, and improvement corresponding to one slewing section is repeated. Accordingly, the movement of the mast in a narrow site can be ensured.

SOLUTION: This stirring head 20 is fitted to an excavating shaft 10 provided with an inner shaft 12 and an outer shaft 11 rotated in opposite directions to each other, and it stirs and kneads excavated soil and a hardening agent in an excavation hole. The stirring head 20 is provided with an upper stir section 30 and a lower stir section 40, and the upper stir section 30 is constituted of an upper inner blade 31 rotated together with the inner shaft 12 and an upper outer blade 32 rotated together with the outer shaft 11 and arranged so that its locus surrounds the rotary locus of the upper inner blade 31. The lower stir section 40 is constituted of an injection nozzle 41 rotated together with the inner shaft 12 and injecting the hardening agent force-fed into the inner shaft 13 in the radial direction, and a lower blade 42 rotated together with the inner shaft 13 so that its rotary locus surrounds the injection nozzle 41 and having an injection region restricting plate 43 restricting the injection of the hardening agent to the outside of the region.
