摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the change of a hold internal capacity and improve the earth dropping performance in the use as a bottom-hopper type earth carrying barge by providing a movable door which forms the hopper swash plate of a bottom-hopper type earth carrying barge when rotated upward, and forms the horizontal hold inner bottom of a box type earth carrying barge when rotated downward. SOLUTION: In the use as a bottom-hopper type earth carrying barge, hold covers 10, 11 are rotated upward to form the swash plate of a center line hopper by the hold covers 10, 11. Bottom-hopper doors 8, 9 are opened and close to laterally uniformly put the earth and sand loaded in a hold along the hopper swash plate and both side walls 6a, 7a. Since the hold covers 10, 10 themselves form the center line hopper, the hold inner bottom can be lowered in the use as a box type earth carrying barge. On the other hand, in the use as the box type earth carrying barge, the hold covers 10, 11 are rotated downward, the upper surfaces of the hold covers 10, 11 are flushed with the upper surface of a lower frame 5 to form a smooth surface. Thus, in both the cases, substantially the same hold inner capacity can be ensured.
