    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproducibility of a mounting position of a machining tool while simply carrying out the fine adjustment of the mounting position in a working tool holder for mounting the machining tool to a machining tool or the like to be adjustably turned horizontally and vertically. SOLUTION: A machining tool holder 1 supporting the machining tool to be adjustably turned horizontally and vertically has a manual swivel stage mechanism 4 supporting the working tool 7 capable of being turned, a manual θstage mechanism 3 supporting the swivel stage mechanism 4 capable of being horizontally turned and a base stand 2 supporting the θ stage mechanism 3. The base stand 2 is fixedly mounted to a machine tool like a lathe. Since the mounting angular position of the machining tool 7 (horizontal turning angular position, upward and downward inclination angular position) is adjusted by utilizing these manual precision stages, the reproductiveness of the mounting position is improved and the fine adjustment of the mounting position can be simply carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a dynamic pressure generating groove easily with a numerically controlled lathe by forming this dynamic pressure generating groove with an inclined groove part obliquely extending at the specified angle with the circumferential direction, and a circumferential groove part extending in the circumferential direction from one end of the inclined groove part. SOLUTION: A dynamic pressure generating groove 13 has a pair of first and second inclined groove parts 13a and 13b with almost symmetrical groove form, and it is also provided with a central part circumferential groove 13c where these paired inclined groove parts 13a and 13b are joined together. In this circumferential groove 13c, these first and second inclined groove parts 13a and 13b, extending as far as the specified length in the circumference, and obliquely extend to a groove center line X. These first and second inclined groove parts 13a and 13b make into the specified angle θ with the circumferential direction, and their ends at the downstream side in the rotational direction C of each turning shaft of these inclined groove parts 13a and 13b are joined together via the circumferential groove part 13c and interconnected with each other. With this constitution, this dynamic pressure generating groove 13 is easily formable by a numerically controlled lathe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a groove for a bearing in a desired shape and high precision and to reduce the cost of a tool. SOLUTION: A cutting blade 8 is machined in a desired shape, easily and in high precision by separately machining the cutting blade 8 before fitting a groove forming member 7 in an insertion part 2 by making the insertion part 2 to be inserted into a bearing hole and the groove forming member 7 having the cutting blade 8 separate bodies, and when the cutting blade 8 is abrased or broken, only the groove forming member 7 is exchanged. When groove width is changed, onlt the groove forming member 7 is exchanged with the groove forming member 7 having the cutting blade 8 in accordance with the groove width, when the groove width is the same and a groove angle is changed, only the groove forming part 7 is reinstalled at an installing angle in accordance with the groove angle, when groove depth is changed, the groove forming member 7 is reinstalled by exchanging it with a fixing pin 6 an outer peripheral surface with which one end part 7a of the groove forming member 7 makes contact of which becomes an outside diameter in accordance with the groove depth, etc., when it is abrased or broken, only the cutting blade 8 is exchanged, and it is not necessary to prepare various kinds of too main bodies in accordance with the groove width, the groove depth and the groove angle.
