    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and certainly prevent a propagation of contamination in the case where unexpected contamination grows particularly in a cleaning area of a small sized manufacturing system. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing system 1 in which a plurality of local cleaning devices 3 for carrying out a predetermined manufacturing step such as assembling, processing or the like of a workpiece 2 is connected by a tubular connection passage 4 to form a cleaning area C and a series of cleaning manufacturing step is realized, the system for preventing the propagation of contamination is applied. In the contamination propagation-preventing system 1, at least either one of a contamination occurrence detection means for detecting contamination generating at the cleaning area C in the system or a contamination occurrence prediction means for predicting occurrence of the contamination; a contamination propagation prediction means for predicting propagation of the generated contamination to the other local cleaning device 3; and a contamination propagation prevention means for preventing propagation of the generated contamination to the other local cleaning device 3 are provided on the local cleaning device 3 or the connection passage 4. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light spot inspecting device facilitating a pint adjustment when plural microscope objective lenses are switched by a switching means. SOLUTION: In the light spot inspecting device 10 which inspects the light spot shape focused in the vicinity of the recording surface 6a of a disk 6 being an information recording medium by observing the light spot shape which is irradiated from the light source 2 of a disk reading device 1 and is focused via a prescribed optical system 3 (31, 32, 33, 5) by the use of the microscope objective lens parts 110, 111, one (110) of respective microscope objective lens parts 110, 111 for respectively observing plural light spot shapes formed in positions different on the optical axis X of light irradiated from the light source 2 is held to the switching means 112 via a spacer 113 and the other (111) is held to the switching means 112 not via the spacer 113. The focul positions of respective microscope objective lens parts fall within range of a fine adjustment of respective light spot forming positions p1, p2 on the optical axis X by the switching operation.

    • PURPOSE:To simply and easily wrap a drug in a waferpaper in a bag like shape by making manual work mechanical by a method wherein a wafer is push in a falling hole passage from the central part thereof along with the drug placed on a base stand and formed into a bag like shape in a drug received state in connection with the falling hole passage. CONSTITUTION:A closed upper lid 10 is opened up to a broken line position. Then, a waferpaper is placed on the recessed surface part 1a carved in the upper surface of a base stand 1 and a drug is placed on the central part of the waferpaper. Next, the upper lid 10 is closed. At this time, a wing plate 6 is opened in connection with the upper lid 10. The wafer is pushed in falling hole passages 1b, 2a, 5a along with the drug by the rod-shaped member 12 provided to the upper lid 10. At this time, the wafer is gradually rolled in the conical falling hole passage 1b and the neck part of the rolled waferpaper is closed by the wing plate 6. When the upper lid 10 is again closed at this time, the wing plate 6 is opened to release the bag-shaped waferpaper which is, in turn, pushed by the rod-shaped member 12 to be discharged to the part below the hole part.
