      SOLUTION: The experimental animal-rearing apparatus is such that the experimental animal-rearing vessel is detachably fitted with the pass-box to be used for loading/unloading experimental animals and rearing materials. In this apparatus, the rearing vessel is formed of a transparent member consisting of a transparent material and a body member detachably and airtightly fitted with the transparent member and the body member is detachably fitted with the pass-box.

The cooling air is blown from the plurality of air outlets to the intake surfaces of the racks, and an underfloor air conditioner sucks exhaust air from air exhaustion surfaces of the racks through a suction chamber formed along a hot aisle passage, generates again cooling air, and supplies the cooling air to the front air outlet unit through an underfloor chamber.

An air purifier is disposed inside the air flow passage and an opening 9 is formed in the patient's head side in the frame body 1 so that, when the frame body 1 is made to abut on the wall 26 of the patient's room, the medical console 25 attached to the wall 26 is positioned inside the sterile room 21.
