Consequently, the opening and closing position between the tip electrodes and the moving speed can be controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the response characteristic by feeding positively the position deviation compensating signal produced in response to the position deviation obtained by a position deviation arithmetic means back to the input or output side of a position control means in order to compensate the position deviation and to correct a velocity command signal. CONSTITUTION:A position steady deviation compensation arithmetic part 11 outputs a position steady deviation compensation signal alphap to an adder 2 against the input of a position deviation signal epsilonp in accordance with a prescribed correction function f (epsilonp). The adder 2 inputs both signals alphap and epsilonp to add them together and outputs a new position deviation signal (epsilonp + alphap) to a position control part 3. This new deviation signal functions to eliminate the position steady deviation of a position control loop system in a servo control system. Thus the part 3 can compensate the position steady deviation according to its fluctuation if caused occasionally by the inertia variation of the mechanical load, the variation of the frictional torque, etc., of a control subject. Then the high speed response characteristic can be improved in the position control loop system.

CONSTITUTION:A tension regulating means imparts a tension according to its control state to a sewing thread. A tension detecting means detects the actual tension generated in the sewing thread. A standard data generating means generates a standard data showing a required tension. A tension control means determines the deviation between the standard data from the standard data generating means and the actual tension detected by the tension detecting means, and controls the tension given to the sewing thread by the tension regulating means on the basis of the deviation. As the standard data generated by the standard data generating means, a tension corresponding to an embroidery seaming state such as the rotating speed of a main spindle, stitch width, stitch direction, and the angle (stitch angle) formed by the previous stitch direction and this stitch direction is preliminarily stored as the standard data generated by the standard data generating means, whereby the tension regulating means is controlled so that a tension equal to this standard data is generated in the sewing thread, and the tension equal to the standard data is actually generated. Therefore, a sewing machine can produce an embroidery product with good touch.

    • PURPOSE:To position a piston and stop a piston arbitrarily by providing rods for receiving load of a table, and supplying fluid pressure in a cylinder tube to a hydraulic brake means through a fluid pressure passage in a piston and a piston yoke. CONSTITUTION:A table 6a is connected to a piston through a piston yoke, and moved together with the piston by fluid pressure. Rods 22,23 are fixed to a cylinder tube in such a manner that the axial direction thereof is parallel to the moving direction of the table 6a, and a sensor means 25 and a brake means 24 are provided to move along the rods 22,23. The sensor means 25 detects the current position of the piston, and the brake means 24 produces the frictional force between the rods 22,23 by fluid pressure and applies braking force to the piston. The rods 22,23 are disposed in such a manner as to receive the load of the table 6a to function as beams for receiving the load of the table 6a. Accordingly, the load characteristic can be improved, and the piston can be positioned and stopped in an arbitrary position correctly.

CONSTITUTION:A coil section having two or more primary coils 1A and corresponding secondary coils 2A excited by primary AC signals out of phase from each other and a rod section 6 linearly displaceable relatively to it are provided. Multiple conductor sections 6b are repeatedly provided at the preset interval along the linear displacement direction so that the rod section 6 can form an overcurrent passage form the magnetic flux by the coil section. The signal phase-shifted with the primary AC signal in response to the relative linear position of the rod section 6 is obtained on the secondary coil 2A side. A conductive material is stuck on the whole base material of the rod section, then the unnecessary portion except for a preset pattern is removed to for the conductor 6b. The linear position can be detected with high precision by the phase shift system over a long range, and the cost can be reduced.

Thus, suspended objects can accurately be positioned at positions commanded by the position commanding data F0.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect an absolute position over a wide range with high accuracy, by together providing two or more kinds of patterns to a rod and calculating the position detection signal in accordance with the positional relation of a detection head to the rod at every pattern. CONSTITUTION:When a rod part 3 displaces to the axial direction thereof and a rectangular pattern 3a enters the coils A-D of a first head 1, an eddy current flows to the pattern 3a corresponding to the penetrating quantity of said head 1. The change in magnetic resistance due to this eddy current loss is generated in the magnetic circuits of the coils A-D. AC signals each having a peak level corresponding to said magnetic resistance is induced in these secondary coil. By this method, the relative position of the rod part 3 can be detected as an absolute value in the range of one pitch length P1 of the pattern 3a. Further, the head 1 responds only to the pattern 3a by maskings 5, 6 and a second detection head 2 responds only to the pattern 3b. In the same way, the position of the rod part 3 in the range of one pitch length P2 the pattern 3b is calculated. By the combination of both positions, the position in a magnified range is obtained.
