When it is decided that the referred operation distance is equal to or larger than the prescribed distance value, the informing means informs that the "service life of the fixing means nearly at an end"; and when it is decided that the operation distance is smaller than the prescribed distance value, it notifies that it is the "initial fault of the fixing means".
