摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the paper feeding ability and service life by injecting molding material such as cellular polyurethane and silicon rubber simultaneously into a mold thereby combining highly frictional silicon skin with an abrasion-resistant and highly resilient urethane core. CONSTITUTION:Liquid cellular urethane will flow through the inside flow path 21 of an injection nozzle 20 while liquid silicon rubber will flow through the outside flow path 22 of injection nozzle 20 and combined with silicon positioned between urethane and nozzle wall at the confluence 23. Both materials will flow together through single flow path into a mold runner 24 while maintaining such condition as silicon is positioned between urethane and mold wall 25 to be divided into layer flows of two resilient components under low speed which is combined with noncompatibility between both materials to avoid mixture. Consequently, abrasion resistance and high resiliency of cellular urethane having high compression factor and high frictional force of silicon rubber will prevent the paper from warping, rumpling and breaking to achieve stable feeding for long term.
