    • PURPOSE:To let recording operation be effected in an optimum state by automatically adjusting the relative relations of photoreceptor surface potentials with video signal levels. CONSTITUTION:When charging voltage is set, the first reference video signal is read out from an ROM 13c, is latched in an I/O port 13a, and is applied to a D/A converter 18, the video signal having been D-A converted by which is then applied to a cathode ray tube 4 having been amplified and polygon-corrected by way of an input amplifier 2, polygonal function generator 11 and video amplifier 3. The light emitted therefrom is projected to the photoreceptor. As a result of this, the surface charges having beforehand been charged and held on the photoreceptor partly discharge and the rest are held as residual charges and therefore the surface potential generated from this is detected by a detecting electrode 14a and detecting circuit 14b. The attenuation component of the surface potential and the ideal potential attenuation voltage obtainable by the first reference video signal level are compared and the generator 11 is controlled in the direction of eliminating said difference. Thereby, the recording operation may be effected in an optimum state.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the device which immediately detects paper feed miss when it occurs by providing a transfer paper detecting means in the transfer paper carrying-in path to transfer part and disabling the cathode ray tube for exposure with the transfer paper absence signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:A charging part 2, cathode ray tube 3, developing part 4, transfer part 5 and cleaning part 6 are disposed around a photosensitive drum 1 and paper is fed from a cassette 7 by means of a paper feed roller 8 and resist rollers 9. A detector 10 for transfer paper consisting of a light emitting element and a photo detector is provided immediate before the resist rollers 9 and the output end of said detector 10 is connected to a control circuit 11 which controls the operation of the cathode ray tube 3. When there is no transfer paper immediate before the resist rollers 9, the control circuit 11 disables the cathode ray tube 3 and at the same time it emits the signal for holding the information so that the information having been read in a buffer memory does not erase, thereby preventing the annihilation of the information.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve maintenance of always constant developing density and achieve the copied images of high density by surely feeding the developing solution to the surface to be developed by means of a pair of wave forming means which rotate mutually inwardly in the developing solution. CONSTITUTION:When a pair of vane wheels 3 in the developing solution provided near the surface of a photosensitive drum 1 start mutually inward revolutions, the waves going toward the center from the right and left are formed on the developing solution surface opposing to the photosensitive drum 1. On the other hand, stirring flow is produced in the bottom of a developing solution tank 2 to prevent the precipitation of the toner and send the solution to the right and left circulators 4. The long developing solution contact surface W along the moving direction of the surface of the photosensitive drum 1 is formed in said surface, by which the developing solution is able to receive sufficient supply of the toner. The developing solution is maintained always at a constant density by the wave forming means and circulating means, thus the copied images having high developing density may be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To avert the decrease in developing solution pressure onto the surface to be developed and avert the fatigue of the developing solution by supplying the developing solution onto a developing electrode by way of a solution storing means for unifying the flow of the developing solution. CONSTITUTION:The developing solution sent out by a liquid feed pump passes through the inside of a liquid feed pipe 3 and is discharged into a liquid chamber 2. The greater part of the initial acting force of the solution having been discharged is consumed in the agitating action of the solution to itself and direction change in the liquid chamber 2 and the solution spouted onto a developing electrode 1 through a communicating part 4 does not have such dynamical acting force as the one which strips off the toner particles adsorbed on the photoreceptor surface, thus it turns out that the toner particles are evenly supplied within the electrophoresis region of the photoreceptor surface by static pressure and some dynamic pressure. Hence, if the inside volume and shape of the liquid chamber 2 and the sectional area, liquid feed rate, etc. of the communicating part are suitably set, the developing solution feed mode to the photoreceptor surface may be unified accoeding to the required image densities of the electrostatic latent images and developing speeds.

    • PURPOSE:To enable recording and erasing of signals to be performed respectively well and eliminate the need for incandescent lamps and power sources etc. for the same by respectively using such phosphor layers which emit light of wavelength bands suited for recording and erasing of the signals. CONSTITUTION:A cathode ray tube 2 is formed separately with the phosphor layer F1 capable of emitting light of the wavelength band suited for recording of signals and the phosphor layer F2 capable of emitting light of the wavelength band suited to erasing, on inside plane of its face plate 2a. In recording operation of signals, the phosphor F1 is subjected to main scanning by the electron beam having been intensity modulated by the signal to be recorded, whereby exposure is accomplished by the light of the wavelength band suited for recording and well recording operation is accomplished. In erasing operation, the phosphor layer F2 is subjected to main scanning by the electron beam, whereby the exposure is accomplished by the light of the wavelength band suited for erasing, thus the space charges having been trapped in the material layer having internal photoelectric effect may be well erased.
