SOLUTION: This packer device is provided with a pouring pipe part 8 including an internal pipe 6 having a diameter expansion part 6a having relatively a large diameter in a tip side part, an external pipe 7 which surrounds the internal pipe part more rearward than the diameter expansion part 6a with a clearance and can slide freely and forward and backward along the longitudinal direction of the internal pipe 6 for the internal pipe 6, and a flexible cylindrical packer member 5P surrounding the internal pipe part between a tip face of the external pipe 7 and a rear end face of the internal pipe diameter expansion part 6a and a single operation means 9 sliding the internal pipe 6 forward and backward for the external pipe 7. When the internal pipe 6 is slid and moved backward for the external pipe 7 by the single operation means 9, the flexible packer member 5P is nipped and compressed between the internal pipe diameter expansion part 6a and the tip face of the external pipe 7 to expand and protrude it sideways.

    • PURPOSE:To make easier the coupling and removal operatins of tension members and load proofers by a method in which a coupler is inserted into a load proofer set in an anchor hole and then attracted or departed by operating an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:An assembly consisting of a bottomed pipe 3, a concrete pipe 4, and sheath as a load proofer is inserted into an anchor hole. Then, a groove 3a as a coupling step is formed on the inner face of the pipe 3, and a concaved portion 7a for housing purpose is formed on the circumferential part of the tip of a coupler 7 and housed with a coupling piece 8 of magnet. The coupling piece 8 is housed in the concaved portion 7a and inserted into the receiving hole 3b of the pipe 3, and then electricity is supplied to a coil 10 through a conductor 9 to generate a magnetic force. By this, the coupling piece 8 is projected from the concaved portion 7a and fitted into the groove 3a for coupling. Under the condition, tension members are tensed and fixed. In the removal of the tension members, the tension of tension members is released, a reverse current is flowed in the coil 10, and the coupling piece 8 is attracted and released from coupling.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the desired strength at anchored state and reduce the strength when unnecessary by a method wherein a hollow member, which is unable to bear by itself the load supposed to be withheld when it is anchored, is reinforced by the insertion thereinto reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION:An anchor hole 1 is drilled in the ground concerned. The said anchor hole is provided with vinyl chloride hollow member 2 into which are inserted reinforcements 5 including PC steel bars and tension members 3 made of stranded PC steel wire. Then the remaining space of the anchor hole 1 is filled with hardening material 4 such as mortar. The outside of the hollow member 2 is provided with hard rubber spacers 6 and bands 7. The tension members 3 are mounted on the outside of the spacers 6 and on the inside of the bands 7. When anchoring the said hollow member, an anchorage is provided on its bottom to strain the tension member 3. When removing the said hollow mem- ber, the reinforcements 5 is withdrawn to pull the tension member 3 in the arrowed direction so that it may be straightened to destroy the hollow member 2. The bonding strength of the tension member 3 and that of the material 4 is weakened to provide ease of withdrawing the tension member 3.
