摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap sorter for which an installation area is reduced.SOLUTION: A cap sorter 10 includes: an alignment device 20 that aligns a cap C to be lined up in the diameter direction; a conveying route forming section 30 that forms a conveying route for conveying the cap C discharged from the alignment device 20 to the lower position; a sorter 40 having a rotary body 402 in which a plurality of compartments for accommodating only one cap C passing the conveying route are formed along the peripheral direction and which is rotated around a rotary shaft substantially extended in the horizontal direction; and a control device 50 for controlling operation of the rotary body 402 so that the rotation of the rotary body 402 is stopped during the predetermined time each time each compartment reaches an acceptance angle position for accepting the cap C which has passed the conveying route.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap sorter which is capable of distinguishing the color of a cap with high precision, considering the characteristics of the cap of a container, especially the cap of a polyethylene terephthalate bottle.SOLUTION: This cap sorter 10 comprises a first color decision means 14 which outputs a first color result by deciding the color recognized visually in the first direction of the cap 12 of the container, a second color decision means 15 which outputs a second color result by deciding the color of the cap recognized visually in the second direction different from the first direction, and an distinguishing means 20 which identifies the color of the cap, based on the first color result and the second color result. In addition, the device 10 sorts the cap according to the color of the cap.
