In a state that the sign-in to the communication system 1 is performed using user information via one of the communication devices 100, the one of the communication devices 100 is requested to display an incoming call information list. The one of the communication devices 100 requests another of the communication devices 100 for the incoming call information corresponding to the same user information. The incoming call information corresponding to the same user information is transmitted from the other of the communication devices 100 to the one of the communication devices 100 of a terminal. In the one of the communication devices 100, the incoming call information transmitted from the other of the communication devices 100 is received, and list data is generated based on the received incoming call information.
