摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine a mold required for molding a solid material such as a cake of soap or the like and a package for containing the solid material, enhance simplicity in the manufacturing process and economy of manufacture by virtue of extremely good efficiency in manufacture, and facilitate taking the solid material out of the package body when the solid material is in use. SOLUTION: The package body for a solid material has a primary package body portion 10 and a secondary package body portion 20 adapted to be freely fitted against the primary package body portion 10 and is provided with an accommodating cavity 11 forming an accommodating space in at least either one of the primary package body portion 10 and the secondary package body portion 20 upon mating the primary package body portion 10 and the secondary package body portion 20 with each other. The package body has also flange portions 13 and 23, opposed to each other, extending around the periphery of at least part of the mating portions of the primary package body portion 10 and the secondary package body portion 20, wherein the solid material is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a packaging device in which packaging is automated by forming a tightened portion of spiral shape in a film on a specific side of an item to be packaged and cutting off said portion. CONSTITUTION:A bridge 4 is provided on a base 3 and actuators 5,7,9 are provided on the bridge and an inner press part 6, outer press part 8 and disk part 10 are independently and vertically movably supported. A disk-shaped base 11 for engagement with the part 10, a throttle part 12 located under the part 11 whose inner diameter is made changeable, and a cutter 13 disposed on the part 12 are provided on the side of the base 3, under which a base 14 for item to be packaged on which an item to be packaged 1 is vertically movably and rotatably provided. A film feed part 15 for extending a film 2 is installed on the base 11. Under conditions that the item 1 is held between the base 14 and the part 6, the base 14 is rotated while the part 12 is being throttled and the film in excess is cut off from the item 1 while the item 1 is wrapped around with the film.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a rapid diffusion of active ingredient into water by bonding together a non-foaming molded product and a water-soluble or water- disintegrable foaming molded product. CONSTITUTION:A non-foaming molded product 1 having an apparent specific gravity of 1 or below is prepd. by forming an org. substance which is solid at ordinary temp. (e.g. polyethylene glycol having an average mol.wt. of 4.000-6.000) and/or an inorg. powdery material having an abs. specific gravity of 1 or above (e.g. TiO2) into particles (0.01mu to 2mm) or granules (50mu to 5mm) and then punching, fusion-molding or press-molding the powders or granules. Separately a foaming powdery molded material 2 having an apparent specific gravity of 1 or above is prepd. by packing a powdery mixture consisting of 8-30wt.% water-soluble or water-disintegrable carbonate or hydrogen carbonate which is solid at ordinary temp. (e.g. NaHCO3) and an org. acid or an inorg. weak acid (e.g. citric acid), into the cavity and press-molding the mixture under a pressure of 200 to 1.5X10 kg/cm . Then, the molded products 1 and 2 are bonded together.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a coloring base composed of aluminum particle and pigment particle covering the aluminum particle, having excellent spreadability and covering power and useful to be compounded to a make-up cosmetics. CONSTITUTION:A white inorganic pigment is fixed to the surface of aluminum particle with a binder composed of a water-soluble or oil-soluble polymer and the coated pigment particle is dispersed in a dispersion medium. The dispersion is sprayed and dried to obtain the objective coloring base. The diameter of the aluminum particle is preferably 5-50mum. The white inorganic pigment is e.g. titanium oxide and its content in the pigment particle is >=50wt.%. The dispersion medium is e.g. toluene. The coloring base has excellent adhesiveness, coloring power and masking power in addition to covering power and spreadability.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable conveying and stacking of an article to be conveyed to be performed by one conveying device. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotos 10A, 10B wherein rotary shafts are vertically arranged are parallely arranged on the terminal end of a belt conveyor. Spiral vanes 12A, 12B respectively wound in the opposite direction are provided on respective rotors 10A, 10B, so as to reverse the rotational directions of respective totors 10A, 10B. A stopper plate 50 is provided on the back part of the rotors 10A, 10B. In a work conveyed by a belt conveyor 20, one end is placed on the spiral vane 12A, while the other end is placed on the spiral vane 12B, thereby the work is transferred on the rotors 10A, 10B. The work transferred on the rotors 10A, 10B is brought in contact with the stopper plate 50 and prevented from being advanced. When the rotors 10A, 10B are rotated in this state, the work is slid on the spiral vanes 12A, 12B and raised. The raised works are stacked by a stacking device 60.

The solid soap 100 is firmly held by a chuck device 62 provided in the turntable 60, while being conveyed by the turntable 60. The solid soap 100 is cut along the surface thereof to be processed with a fixed blade 82 and a rotary blade 92 in sequence in the course of being conveyed by the turntable 60.
