    • PURPOSE:To obtain a device in which utilizing efficiency of outgoing light from a light source is improved and magnification can be made small by condensing outgoing light of a minute light source and further condensing condensed outgoing light. CONSTITUTION:Positions S1-S3 of an outgoing part of laser diode chips 2A1-2A3 of a 4 beam laser diode array unit are arranged on an optical axis of corresponding micro-lens 2B1-2B3. Therefore, an interval ha between the outgoing part of the chip 2A1 and the outgoing part of the chip 2A2 is made equal to an interval h' between a position S'1 of a virtual light source corresponding to the outgoing part of the 2A1 and a position S'2 of a virtual light source corresponding to the outgoing part of chip 2A2. Further, since lenses 2B1-2B3 are inserted into a light path, a take-in angle of the outgoing part of the laser diode chip is made large, utilizing efficiency of the outgoing light also is improved. Consequently, magnification of a whole optical system can be made small, and light spots having much light quantity can be formed with a minute spot interval.

    • PURPOSE:To make video information, and audio information of a long play coexist in one magnetic tape by running the magnetic tape at a lower speed than a running speed of a regular time, and shifting successively a switching phase of a rotary head by a prescribed quantity. CONSTITUTION:In case of recording a PCM audio signal after having recorded a video signal to the middle of a magnetic tape 4, a control means 7 switches a switch 1 to the lower side in the figure, and outputs a PCM audio signal to a rotary head 3. Also, the tape 4 is run in the forward direction at a lower speed than a regular case, for instance, at a speed of 1/6. Also, the means 7 generates a pulse of width of integer multiple of length of an area, in a position which has advanced by the time corresponding to length of one area from a rise edge of a head switching pulse. In case of the next rise edge, a phase id delayed by width of its pulse, comparing with the case of the previous time. As a result, the PCM audio signal is recorded successively in the trace direction, in sections H, I and J, and sections K, L and M by a rotary head A and a rotary head B, respectively.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an information recording medium of large SN free from inclusion of foreign matter by using an org. soln. of nitrocellulose and an org. soln. of a dye sensitizing agent and filtering the two org. solns. then compounding both to a prescribed ratio thereby forming an information recording layer. CONSTITUTION:Cotton linter of 80-95 number-average-degree of polymn. contg. >=97% alpha cellulose are used as a raw material for nitrocellulose. This material is nitrated to nitrocellulose of >=13% rate of nitration by a mixed nitric acid method and is dissoved in xylene and ''Ethyl Cellosolve '' acetate. The soln. is filtered to remove foreign matter such as insoluble materials. N-ethyl-N- oxyethyl aniline is used as a dye sensitizing agent, and is dissolved in said soln. The soln. is filtered. The two solns. are mixed to prescribed ratio and the mixture is coated on the reflection layer 2 on a substrate 1 and is dried, whereby an information recording layer 3 is obtained. Information is irradiated with laser light to the resultant recording layer to allow the components of the layer 3 to sublimate by self-oxidation. Thus the information recording plate having good pits 4 and remaining parts 5 contg. no foreign matter is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To form good recording pits and to obtain an information recording plate of large SN by providing an information recording layer contg. nitrocellulose and a dye sensitizing agent on a substrate and using N-ethyl-N-oxyethyl aniline as the dye sensitizing agent. CONSTITUTION:A reflection film 2 vapor-deposited with a metal is provided on a substrate 1 and a soln. prepd. by combining nitrocellulose and N-ethyl-N- oxyethyl aniline as a dye sensitizing agent and dissolving in an org. solvent is coated thereon, whereby an information recording layer 3 is formed. The resultant recording plate is rotated and is written with information by laser light, whereby pits 4 and remaining parts 5 are obtained. If the compounding rate of the N-ethyl-N-oxyethyl aniline which is the photosensitizing agent is changed, laser light of long wavelengths is absorbed and the selff-oxidation of the nitrocellulose is accelerated, whereby the nitrocellulose is neatly sublimated and the good prescribed pits 4 are formed. Thus the information recording plate having good absorption characteristics to 450-530nm wavelengths of lasers and large SN is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain recording pits of large SN by providing an information recording layer contg. nitrocellulose and a dye sensitizing agent on a substrate, and nitrating a material contg. >=97% alpha-cellulose as a raw material for the nitrocellulose. CONSTITUTION:A reflection film 2 is provided on a substrate by vapor-depositing a metal thereon, and an org. soln. contg. nitrocellulose and a dye sensitizing agent is coated thereon and is dried, whereby an information recording layer 3 is formed. The resultant recording medium is rotated and is written with prescribed information by irradiation of laser light, whereby pits 4 and remaining parts 5 are obtained. A material contg. >=97% alpha-cellulose and having 80-95 number average degree of polymn. is used as a raw material for the nitrocellulose. Said raw material is nitrated to >=13% rate of nitration by a mixed nitric acid method. Such nitrocellulose causes easy self-oxidation by the effect of the dye sensitizing agent when irradiated with laser light and sublimates, thereby forming neat pits 4. Thus the information recording plate having excellent absorbing characteristics for long wavelength laser light of large SN is obtained.
