    • PURPOSE:To obtain high rigidity and high internal loss and to attain reproducing up to a high frequency range by executing the radial orientation of titanate potassium fiber by specified quantity in thermoplastic synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A composite material, which is composed of by uniformly dispersing the titanate potassium fiber in the thermoplastic synthetic resin, is injection molded into a metal mold having a thin plate cavity, for which a gate is provided in a central part. Then, an acoustic oscillating member is manufactured by punching and removing a gate peripheral part at least. The composite material is obtained by mixing the 3-100 weight part of the titanate potassium fiber to the 100 weight part of the thermoplastic synthetic resin and uniformly dispersing the fiber. When the mixing quantity is small, a rigidity improving effect is small. When the mixing quantity is too much, workability is lost. Then, coloring pigment or a charging material such as graphite or mica, etc., can be samely mixed in the range of the 3-100 weight part as needed.

    • PURPOSE:To attain painting with high accuracy by arranging a thermoplastic resin film having a pattern into a forming die for injection molding, injecting the molten thermoplastic resin in the forming die so as to apply injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene film is used as a thermoplastic resin film, a corona discharge processing is applied as required to apply the surface polarization. Then pattern print such as line drawing, blur or color grouping is applied on the film. For example, gravule print is applied by a print such as dot pattern. In the painting by the print, a deformed pattern is applied by a painting device so as to apply a prescribed pattern in a cubic curved face finally such as a cone shaped surface. After the thermoplastic resin film having the pattern is arranged in a forming die for injection forming, the molten thermoplastic resin is injected in the forming die to apply injection molding. Thus, the acoustic diaphragm with accurate painting and high degree of freedom in external appearance and design is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To endure long time use at a high temperature to ensure less deterioration of performance with respect to a change in temperature and to meet required characteristics as a speaker by molding a diaphragm and an edge with a sheet made of polyether, ether and ketone and integrally forming them. CONSTITUTION:Polyether, ether and ketone are molded in a sheetlike shape at the temperature of about 350 deg.C and made into a sheet with optional thickness. The PEEK sheet is heated in the required shape at the molding temperature of about 230 deg.C, and pressurized, after which it is cooled, taken out of a mold and made in shapes for the diaphragm and edge. They have extremely high thermal deformation temperature, low density and high internal loss, and therefore they are perfectly suitable for a speaker loaded onto a vehicle which is used at a high temperature for a long time. Since the PEEK itself has its stable coefficient of line expansion with respect to a change in temperature and a stable change in Young modulus, the deterioration of its performance due to the temperature change is minimized even if it is used at a high temperature for a long time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the physical property as a speaker, to increase the adhesive strength and to form diversified characters or patterns on a diaphragm by vapor-depositting a metal or a metallic compound onto part or entirety of the surface of a base of the diaphragm so as to laminate a vapor-deposition layer thereon. SOLUTION: A base 2 for the speaker diaphragm 1 is made of a plastic material consisting mainly of a pulypropylene and a metal or a metallic compound is vaport-depositted onto part or all of a surface of the base 2 of the diaphragm to form a vapor-deposition layer. Thus, diversified characters or patterns or the like are expressed onto the diaphragm 1 making up of a cone diaphragm and a center cap or the like. Furthermore, the diaphragm 1 forms a double layer consisting of the base 2 and the vapor-deposition layer 3, since the stiffness is enhanced and the internal loss is increased, the performance as a speaker is improved. Moreover, since the diaphragm 1 is made of the base with water-proof performance and the vapor-deposition layer, the water- proof performance is maintained. Moreover, ease of sure adhesion is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain surface glitter carrying various pictures and to improve the degree of freedom for application of coloring by adhering a thermoplastic resin film having a horogram pattern face to a plate base made of a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A laminator is formed by a plate 4 made of a thermoplastic resin and a thermoplastic resin film 1 adhered to the plate base 4 and having a horogram pattern face. In order to obtain the horogram pattern face, the film 1 and an object body 2 are arranged to a prescribed position and an optical system 6 such as a half mirror 5 splits a laser beam 4 from a laser light source 3 into an object light 7 radiated onto the object and a reference light 8 radiated onto the film at a prescribed angle. When the object light is radiated onto the object, the object light is reflected and refracted by the object and interfered with the reference light 8 and the interference fringe of the wave front is recorded on the film face as rugged or contrast horogram pattern face and then copied. Thus, the diaphragm member with satisfied design is obtained.

The flaky graphite powder of approximately 20mum or below is preferable and the one of 5mum or below is particularly suitable. When the adherence quantity of the thermoplastic resin to surface-treat the graphite powder is within the range of 80-98wt.% of the graphite powder and 20-2wt.% of the resin, elastic modulus and the internal loss are improved and the one of 90wt.% of the graphite and 10wt.% of the resin is particularly suitable. The high elasticity and high ratio elastic modulus are attained because of the presence of the graphite powder being oriented over the surface in the resin.
