    • PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively produce even a molded product fitted with a shield material having a complicated shape by using a shield material formed into a mesh or fabric like shape using fibers composed of a conductive materia and infiltrating a part of a thermoplastic material into the interstices between fibers to fix the shield material to a molded product. CONSTITUTION: A shield material 10 is formed into a mesh or fabric like shape, for example, using fibers composed of a metal material or other conductive material. This shield material 10 is extensible and contractible along the surface thereof and has deformability and liquid permeability. At the time of the molding of a molded product, since a thermoplastic resin material in a heated and molten state penetrates into the interstices between the fibers composed of the conductive material in all of the regions of the shield material 10 and is solidified in this state, the shield material 10 can be certainly fixed to the molded product. Since the shield material 10 is bonded to the surface of a molding cavity 6 under the high pressure possessed by the thermoplastic resin material, the close adhesivenss thereof is high.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the temperature on the surface of a casing of a portable terminal device and to eliminate unpleasant feeling of its operation caused by the surface temperature of the casing by preparing an inner casing to transmit generated heat and forming a heat radiating space which can be freely opened and closed to communicate with the outside air. SOLUTION: This heat radiation structure includes an upper cover 2, an inner casing 4 which transmits heat generated by a high heat generating body 3 and a lower cover 5. The casing 4 has a heat radiating space 6 which can be freely opened and closed to communicate with the outside air. Thus, the heat of the casing 4 is radiated to the outside via the space 6. The space 6 is formed by a rotary mechanism 11 which opens and closes the cover 2, and it is preferable to set plural power consumption modes in response to the rotations of the mechanism 11. That is, the power saving modes are secured in a state (a) where the space 6 is closed and a state (c) where the space 6 is opened to some extent to enable the operator's hand to touch the casing 4. Meanwhile, a full power mode is secured in a state (b) where the space 6 is opened to some extent to unable the operator's hand to touch the casing 4.

    • PURPOSE: To be able to manufacture a molding having excellent external appearance quality by controlling the shrink occurring site clue to the thickness change of the molding and suppressing the shrink at the site of undesired occurrence of the shrink. CONSTITUTION: A mold release agent is sprayed to an uneven part 4 for forming a cavity formed in a movable mold 2 in the state that the mold 2 is moved to the left and opened. Then a thermoplastic resin material in a heated and melted state is injected to be filled in a cavity 6 from an injection nozzle 11 via a sprue 7 in the state that the mold is closed. When the thermoplastic resin material in the heated and melted state is cooled to be cured, the agent is not stuck in contact with the uneven part 3 for forming the recess, shrink scarcely occurs at the part having high close contact with the mold surface, whereas the agent is stuck in contact with the end of the rib having low close contact with the mold surface, and shrink occurs.
