摘要： PURPOSE:To convey mortar into the deep sea under high pressure with safety, by providing a mortar-casting device, with permeable slots stretched with water- permeable mortar-leakage-proof films and communicated with external and internal sections. CONSTITUTION:A main container unit 1 is filled up with mortar, and the mortar- casting device of the main container unit 1 with the upper and lower sections closed with shielding units 6a, 6b is inserted into a leg fixing slot bored through the bottom of the sea. The main container unit 1 is provided with permeable slots 12, 14 stretched with water-peremeable mortar-leakage-proof fine films 13 and communicated with external and internal sections. By this organization, with the variation of external pressure, water infilthates into the main container unit 1, and difference between the external and internal pressures is gone, and mortar is conveyed with safety in to the deep sea under high pressure. Besides, the leg of an object set on the bottom of the sea is inserted into the main container unit 1 of an apparatus A to break the shielding units 6a, 6b, and the internal mortar is leaked out into the leg fixing slot.
