As the positional relationship of the first connection port 35 and the second connection ports 36, 37 can be reversed by reversing attaching direction of the plate member 42, the pipe connection can be easily performed. Further by opening the second opening part 45, the maintenance of the branching control part 34 and the branch pipe unit 38 can be easily performed.
