    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation treatment system capable of enhancing methane fermentation efficiency by removing ammonia that suppresses methane fermentation by using no chemical. SOLUTION: The methane fermentation treatment system is comprised of a methane fermentation tank 2 for carrying out the methane fermentation of an organic waste, a waste supply-line system 4 for supplying the organic waste to the methane fermentation tank 2, a return-line system 8 for returning a portion of treated sludge resulting from the methane fermentation of the organic waste in the methane fermentation tank 2 as return sludge to the waste supply-line system 4, a solubilizing tank 20 disposed in the return-line system 8, and an ammonia absorption column 22 for absorbing ammonia isolated in the solubilizing tank 20.
