摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device that can separate a sheet-like body affixed on a precision panel from the precision panel without applying a large load on the precision panel.SOLUTION: A separation device 100 is a device for separating a sheet-like body affixed on a surface of a precision panel from the precision panel. The separation device 100 includes: a blade 120 having a thin-plate like blade body; a panel installation part 110 where the precision panel with the sheet-like body affixed thereon is installed; a blade fixing part 130 where the blade 120 is fixed so that the blade body becomes parallel to the surface of the precision panel installed to the panel installation part; and a feed mechanism 150 for moving at least one of the panel installation part 110 and the blade fixing part 130 in a direction parallel to a surface of the blade body so that the blade 120 advances a portion of an adhesion layer between the precision panel and the sheet-like body.
