摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a means for detecting a microcrack and a deterioration part at the inside of concrete and a means for judging a deterioration state are not available in the diagnosis of the durability of a concrete actual structure by using an X-ray contrast photographing method. SOLUTION: The concrete is immersed in a liquid having a high contrast effect, a contrast medium is permeated into the microcrack, a defect or the like at the inside of the concrete, an X-ray photographing operation is performed, the microcrack at the inside of the concrete is detected, and the deterioration degree of the concrete is evaluated on the basis of the amount of the microcrack or the defect occupying the concrete. Alternatively, the concrete is immersed for many hours in the liquid having the high contrast effect, the contrast medium is permeated into the microcrack, the defect or the like at the inside of the concrete, the X-ray photographing operation is performed, and the deterioration degree of the concrete is evaluated on the basis of the obtained density of an X-ray film.

SOLUTION: The contrasting mending agent having both the contrasting performance and the mending performance, in which a metal fine powder having a high contrasting effect, or the like (e.g. calcium tungstate) and the epoxy resin-based adhesive are stirred, and mixed is developed. A mending state of the crazing after mended is confirmed with the use of radiography.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nondestructive inspection method of the state of cracks, deterioration, damages or the like of a concrete floorboard part which is covered with asphalt. SOLUTION: In this inspection method, an X-ray generator, a contrast medium for concrete, an X-ray grid, an X-ray film and an X-ray moving apparatus are used. A hole having a diameter of about 10 mm is bored in asphalt without tearing off the asphalt (2), and a contrast medium for concrete is injected therefrom into a cracked, deteriorated or damaged part of a concrete floorboard (3), and radiography is executed to thereby nondestructively inspect the state of cracks, the deterioration, the damage or the like. By using the method, depth, width, degree or the like of crack, deterioration, damage or the like generated on the concrete floorboard part paved with asphalt can be measured with high accuracy without tearing off the asphalt. Also, since the contrast medium is alkaline, the effect to retard the corrosion of reinforcing steel can be expected by injecting it into the deteriorated/damaged part of the concrete floorboard.

The sludge is collected in the sludge collecting pipes 2 by the balance between the pressure air and the water pressure and is discharged from the sludge discharge pipe 5 into a side ditch 10 by the pressure air.
