    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of painting irregularities on the substrate by making a moving table mounted with a spraying gun reciprocatable on the same line without changing the traveling directions of a conveying belt driving said moving table. CONSTITUTION:A moving table 2 mounted with a spraying gun 3 is moved in a vertical direction within a guide frame 1 by means of a driving source 4 via an endless conveying belt 5, whereby painting is accomplished. Now, when the table 2 is located below, and a detecting swtich 93 is held energized, a receiving plate 92 is pressed and touched to a selection roller 72 by the operation of an air cylinder 9, and the belt 5 is fixed in this position. This makes it possible for the table 2 toreciprocate in the vertical direction in spite of traveling of the belt 5 in one direction alone. Similarly when an upper detecting switch 94 is driven by the table 2, a selection roller 71 is pressed and touched by a receiving plate 91. Thereby, the painting is accomplised continuously without changing the directions of the belt 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time taken to carry out coating process by leading discharged air to an air purification chamber side at the time when a push-pull type coating booth is used as a wet type solvent coating booth, and leading air to a duct side for recovering a powder coating material at the time when the coating booth is used as a powder coating booth. SOLUTION: At the time when a push-pull type coating booth 30 is used as a wet type solvent coating booth to coat an object work W to be coated, discharged air is discharged after being passed through an air purification chamber 50 by closing a powder coating material discharge route 30a by an air switching plate 68. At the time when the coating booth is used as a powder coating booth, air is discharged out of the powder coating material discharge port 30a after being passed through a duct 64 for recovering a powder coating material and a powder coating material dust collecting part by closing the lower end of the air purification chamber 50 by the air switching plate 68. Consequently, it is not required to separately install the wet type solvent coating booth and a powder coating booth, and the coating process can be shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cleaning time of the inside wall surface of a powder coating booth wet with water at the time of changing to the color of powder coating of another color by removing a powder coating material by water washing, supplying and circulating hot air from hot air nozzles to the inside wall surface of the coating booth, thereby drying the inside wall surface. SOLUTION: The water of a water receiving tank 24 disposed at the required point in the upper part of the powder coating booth 10 connected via a pipe to the water tank is circulated by the operation of a pump in the color changing process of the coating booth 10. This water is made to flow over and to flow down along the inside wall surface of the inside plate, by which the powder coating sticking to the inside wall surface is washed away with the water. The inside wall surface wet by the water washing is dried by the effect of a drying section. This drying section is composed of a fan, a heating section, the hot air supplying duct installed at the required point in the upper part of the powder coating booth 10 and the hot air nozzles 38... disposed toward the inside wall surface of the inside plate at specified intervals at this duct. The wet inside wall surface of the inside plate is dried by the hot air from the hot air nozzles 38.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the rocking of a plate like work, which is caused when the transfer of the work is stopped, in a short time, when the plate like work which is transferred by a trolley conveyor required is being transferred with its plate surface facing the direction perpendicular to the coveying direction. SOLUTION: In an anti-rocking device, brushes 22a attached on plural rows of brush-carrying plates 22 are prepared on a brush installing/elevating board 20, directly below a plate like work, which is transferred by a trolley conveyor and stopped by a stopper, and in parallel with the trolley conveyor and moreover facing upward. A guide bush 18a is prepared in such a manner that it is driven in parallel with an air cylinder 16. A guide bar 18b, which is fitted into the guide bush 18a in a freely liftable maner, is prepared. In addition, sensors are provided at both ends of a link 24, which is fixed horizontally onto the brush installing/elevating board 20. When a platelike work, which is transferred in a suspended state, is stopped at a prescribed position, resulting in a rocking state caused by the inertia, the rocking of the work can be stopped in a short time via the brushes 22a, which are ascended/descended by the air cylinder 16, being guided by the guide bar 18b.

    • PURPOSE: To easily perform cleaning of the interior wall surface of a trolley conveyor rail by installing a brush mounting member of radial construction to be in pressure contact with the rail interior wall surface on a trolley conveyor chain, and putting the brush mounting member in circulative motions. CONSTITUTION: A trolley conveyor rail 10 is provided with a guide groove 10a formed in a chain pendant 14 stretching in the longitudinal direction in the upper part, and a trolley conveyor chain 12 is accommodated in the rail 10 with possibility of traveling freely, and a brush mounting member 20 fitted with brush in radial arrangement is coupled with the chain 12 in the specified position. The brush mounting member 20 is equipped with a roller joint 22 having a tine part and a brush joint 30 to be coupled internally with it rigidly. The chain pendant 14 is tracted by a traction drive motive, and the interior wall surface 10b of the rail is cleaned by putting the chain 12 and brush mounting member 20 in circulative motions, wherein the scratched-out oil gas and dust/dirt are dropped into and accommodated by an accommodation pan.

    • PURPOSE: To improve heat insulation property and save the consumption of fuel by a method wherein a contact area between an angle steel piece and an angle steel continuous member is reduced and the structure of a furnace body is constituted of a double-layer structure of a heat insulating material unit and an air layer, formed between the heat insulating material unit and a corrugated metallic covering plate. CONSTITUTION: An angle steel piece 18 is fixed horizontally to the outside surface of a continuous heat insulating unit 12a, then, a metallic angle steel continous member 18a is fixed horizontally onto the angle steel piece 18. A corrugated metallic covering plate 20 is fixed to the metallic angle steel continuous member 18a so as to cover the whole of the continuous heat insulating material unit 12a while an air layer 22 is formed between the inside continuous heat insulating material unit 12a to form a double-layer structure. Accordingly, a contact area between the angle steel piece 18 and the angle steel continuous member 18a, provided on the steel piece 18, is reduced as much as possible. According to this method, heat in a drying furnace is hardly transferred to the metallic covering plate 20 whereby temperature keeping property is improved and the consumption of fuel can be saved.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the mutual connection of rails by inserting, to the sleeve on one end of a first trolley conveyor rail, the other end of a second trolley conveyor rail adjacent thereto, and fastening both tight flanges together by a bolt and nut to mutually connect them. CONSTITUTION: A second trolley conveyor rail 20 having a through-hole 24a corresponding to the bolt through-hole 14a of the tight flange 14 of the sleeve 12 of a first trolley conveyor rail, and a tight flange 24 in a position shifted longitudinally inward from one end by the width (w') corresponding to a required width (w) of the sleeve 12 longitudinally protruded from one end is separately formed. The other end of the second trolley conveyor rail 20 is inserted into the sleeve 12 of the first trolley conveyor rail 10 to bring both the tight flanges 14, 24 into contact with each other. A bolt 26 is only passed through the connecting bolt through-holes 14a, 24a followed by screwing of a nut, whereby both the adjacent conveyor belts 10, 20 can be easily connected to each other.
