摘要： PURPOSE:To increase heat transfer rate for stable temperature of fed hot water by pulling some hot water back into a feed water header through a return pipe with aid of feed water pressure in a feed water pipe opening on the way of the return pipe to the feed water header. CONSTITUTION:Several heat transfer fin tubes 4 between a feed water header 1 and a hot water header 2 with a feed hot water tube 3 are laid in parallel above a burner 7, with the header 1, 2 connected by a return pipe 5. A feed water tube 6 directed to the feed water header 1 approximately at right angle to current in the tubes 4 opens 5A on the way of the return pipe 5. Pressurized water in the feed water pipe 6 helps some hot water to eject forcedly back into the feed water header 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify structure and manufacture thereof and, improve heat efficiency by a method wherein a water supply header is provided at a hot water tank part and a suitable number of water supply nozzle-like bodies are projected from a water supply header and inserted into a suitable number of fin tubes. CONSTITUTION:This heat exchanger is furnished with multiple heat transfer fin tubes 4 connected in parallel between a hot water tank 2 with a hot water supply pipe 1 and a junction header 3 and above a burning apparatus 8. A water supply header 5 having a water supply pipe 9 is arranged in the hot water tank 2. Two water supply nozzle-like bodies 6 are projected from both ends of the water supply header 5 and inserted into both ends of the fin tubes 4 and a heat sensor 7 is fitted up on the internal circumferential wall of the header 3 near the extension of the axis of one of the nozzle-like bodies 6. When the hot water in the apparatus shows the specified temperature, an electromagnetic valve 11 provided on the fuel pipe 10 leading to the burning apparatus 8 is closed reversibly by the sensor 7.
