    • PURPOSE:To prevent cold water from flowing out and to prevent remaining water from freezing, by making low temperature water located between a heat exchanger and a circulating valve at the edge of a hot water supply duct through the heat exchanger forcibly when a detected temperature of the cold water is lower than a set value, in a title central hot water supply system. CONSTITUTION:In a tittled hot water supply system, hot water heated by a heat exchanger 1 which is heated by a burner 10 and cold water are supplied to a mixing valve 4 through a hot water supply duct 5 and a cold water supply duct 6 respectively, and the hot water whose temperature is adjusted in this system is supplied from a hot water tap. In this case, a supply hot water temperature detecting sensor T1 for an outlet of a heat exchanger 1 and a cold water temperature detecting sensor T2 are provided. Then, adjustment of an opening of a control valve 11 is made to carry out by a temperature adjuster 7 so that a hot water temperature becomes a set value based on the output of each of the sensor T1 and T2. Remaining water in the ducts 5 and 6 is made to circulate forcibly from the heat exchanger 1 through the mixing valve 4 to an orifice 9 so as to increase a water temperature when a cold water temperature is lower than a set value.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent moisture from condensing at uncertain positions by a method wherein a condensing heat exchanger and a heat exchanger for heating low temperature exhaust gas discharged from said heat exchanger with high temperature exhaust gas are provided in an exhaust gas channel. CONSTITUTION:A fin-tube type 1st heat exchanger 3 is provided for the purpose of preheating the air and a hole 3A and an exhaust pipe 3B for taking out to the outer part the water which is produced by combustion and condensed by cooling are connected to the lowest tube part of this 1st heat exchanger 3. The low temperature exhaust gas is reheated by the indirect heat exchange between the low temperature exhaust gas discharged from the 1st heat exchanger 3 and the high temperature exhaust gas introduced into this 1st heat exchanger 3. On the other hand, a fin tube type 2nd heat exchanger 4 is provided to cool the high temperature exhaust gas in advance. In this way, the moisture in the exhaust gas can be prevented from condensing at uncertan positions in its discharging channel.

    • PURPOSE: For preventing the indoor leakage of exhaust gas even if any breakage or seal failure has occurred, to fit a combustor body and a forced outdoor air supply and exhaust gas discharge fan unit on the outer surface of the wall of a housing and an exhaust gas suction fan on said fan unit.
      CONSTITUTION: A forced air supply and exhaust gas discharge type combustor is so constructed that the air supply tube 2 and the exhaust gas discharge tube 3 hermetically connected to the hermetically-sealed combustor body 1 installed outdoors may be passed through the inside space S of ceiling and the outer wall W of a housing and opened outdoors. A forced outdoor air supply and exhaust gas discharge fan unit 4 is separated from said combustor body 1 and fitted on medium portions of said air supply and exhaust gas discharge tubes 2 and 3 which portions exist in the vicinity of said outer wall W, and a forced air supply and exhaust gas discharge fan 5 is provided on said fan unit 4. Thereby, the internal pressure of said air supply and exhaust gas discharge tubes 2 and 3 as well as said combustor body 1 can be decreased negative with respect to indoor pressure. Therefore, no indoor leakage of exhaust gas takes place even if any breakage or seal failure has occurred.
