    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of discomfort sound and a variation in a pumping amount by a simple structure by standing a cylindrical metal gauze concentrically with a funnel from a bottom of a water pan at inside or/and outside of an end of the funnel. CONSTITUTION:A condenser body 1 having a top late 1a and a cylindrical skirt 1b is arranged above a water pan 2. a cylindrical stainless steel gauze 7 is so stood to protrude at its upper end from a horizontal surface as to surround a lower part of a funnel 4 at a center of the pan 2. The funnel 4 is mounted at a shaft of a fan motor 11 and rotatably driven together with a fan 5. Accordingly, water in the pan 2 tends to form a vortex flow due to recessing at a center by a centrifugal force, but the gauze 7 becomes a resistance for the vortex flow to suppress generation of the vortex flow, thereby preventing generation of noise due to the vortex flow and further suppressing a variation in a water level near the center of the pan 2 by the vortex flow, and hence a variation in a pumping amount can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid leak detector for a liquid treating device capable of detecting a small amount of leaking liquid and capable of ensuring long-term detection reliability. SOLUTION: A preliminary chamber YB is formed in a communication conduit RT connecting a closed conduit JR to a liquid supply part 21 which supplies the conduit JR with liquid for replenishment. Normally, the chamber YB is filled with the liquid and the air is not introduced thereinto. The amount of liquid that can flow from the supply part 21 to the chamber YB per unit time is limited to a value smaller than the amount of liquid that can flow from the chamber YB to the conduit JR per unit time. When a liquid leakage occurs in the conduit JR, the liquid in the chamber YB flows into the conduit JR and the amount of the liquid in the chamber YB correspondingly decreases, thereby introducing the air into the chamber YB. A detection means 24 for liquid leak detection detects that the air is being introduced into the chamber YB, thereby detecting the liquid leakage.
