    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a room up to desired temperature rapidly in the case of large heat load suppressing the increase of the size of a heating system by arranging in an air duct an electric heater that can perform heating separately from a heat exchanger for heating. SOLUTION: When a heating mode is selected by the turning-on operation of a heating operation switch 17b, a thermally operated valve 13b is opened and heating operation is started to heat the room up to a target heating temperature that is set by a temperature setting switch 17d activating only a circulation fan 8. The magnitude of the heat load is judged by comparing a detected temperature detected by a temperature sensor 15 with a switching temperature for heating and energization of a ceramic heater 14 is turned on or off responding to the judged magnitude of the heat load. Therefore, the room is heated to the desired temperature rapidly in the case of the large heat load while the increase of the size of the heating system being suppressed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the required time of drying time from being long, to reduce a running cost and to lower the cost of a device by simplifying constitution. SOLUTION: This dryer is provided with a circulation fan 5 for sucking the air of a bathroom and circulating and ventilating the sucked air to the bathroom, an exhaust fan 10 for exhausting the air of the bathroom to the outside of the bathroom, a heat exchanger 6 for heating ventilation air ventilated to the bathroom by the circulation fan 5, a thermistor 7 for detecting the temperature of the bathroom and a control part H for executing a drying operation for controlling the ventilation operation of the circulation fan 5 and the exhaust fan 10 and controlling the heating operation of the heat exchanger 6 so as to turn the temperature of the bathroom to be in a set range based on detection information of the thermistor 7. In this case, the control part H changes and adjusts the ventilation amount of the exhaust fan 10 based on detection information of the thermistor 7 at the time of executing the drying operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heating of an empty heat exchanger 3 even if a user turns ON a power source when he forgets to open a main cock after he drains it by starting a normal operation after a water flow sensor mounted at a water supply tube senses water flow without initial heat insulating operation in starting operation. SOLUTION: When an operation is started, whether water flow sensing or burner ignition has conducted so far or not is decided. If it is first time, whether there is an output of a water flow sensor 6 or not is checked. Here, when a hot water supply cock 9 is turned so that the sensor 6 senses the water flow, a burner 2 is ignited. When the cock 9 is closed, the water flow is not detected, and combustion of the burner 2 is stopped. Accordingly, if a power switch is turned ON while a user remains closed at the cock 9, no water in the water supply tube is sensed by the sensor 6, start of reheating operation of the apparatus is stopped, thereby preventing heating of an empty heat exchanger 3.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a necessity of changing of a set temperature at every changing in season by a method wherein a set temperature of every month is stored in an annual temperature memory part. CONSTITUTION:A control device for a bath hot water feeding device including a bath tub temperature setting part 2 for setting a hot water feeding temperature for a bath tub and a displaying part 3 for displaying a set temperature is constructed such that there is provided an annual temperature memory part for storing a set temperature for every month, an annual setting switch 5 for changing-over an input from the bath tub temperature setting part 2 to an annual temperature setting is provided, thereby annual temperatures are displayed in graph at the displaying part 3 when the annual temperature is set and inputted. In place of manual setting of the annual temperatures, it is possible to arrange a pattern memory 7 storing a plurality of annual temperature patterns in advance and display them at the displaying part and to select one pattern from the plurality of patterns.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supplier which restrains the danger of scalding by reducing the amount of discharged hot-water when a discharged hot-water temperature is higher than an expected value. SOLUTION: Water, introduced from an external source, is heated by a heat exchanger 22 while the temperature of the heated hot-water is detected by a discharging hot-water temperature detector 27 and is sent out of a hot-water discharging port 12. The heating amount in the heat exchanger 22 is controlled so that the temperature, detected by the discharging hot-water temperature detector 27, is kept at a temperature, set by a temperature setting unit 32. A discharging hot-water control valve 28 is provided near the hot-water discharging port 12 and when a detecting temperature, detected by the discharging hot-water temperature detector 27, becomes higher by a predetermined value or more than a set temperature, set by the temperature setting unit 32, the discharging hot-water control valve 28 is closed. Accordingly, the discharging of hot-water, whose temperature is increased to a high temperature abnormally, through the hot-water discharging port 12 can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instantaneous type gas water heater in which rise time it takes for hot water from the start of delivery thereof to reach a desired temperature even if the apparatus has been left out of operation for a long period of time. SOLUTION: For starting a water heater 1, a preheating is effected. In the preheating, a gas burner 21 is ignited for a required time period so that the apparatus is maintained in such a condition that hot water can be delivered. The heating time period is determined in such a way that amounts of heat required for heating water introduced into a heat exchanger 22 to a target temperature to send it out is obtained based on the temperature differences between a target temperature set by means of a temperature setting part 32 and temperatures sensed by a feed water temperature sensor 23 and based on the amounts of heat and heating capacity of the gas burner 21.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a user from getting burned even if the user does not know how to operate a bathroom operation panel, by controlling the hot-water supply temperature according only to the set temperature while a human body sensor outputs detection signals. CONSTITUTION:A bathroom operation panel 2 is provided with a hot-water tap supply temperature setting device 4 by which temperature of hot-water supplied from a hot-water faucet is set, a bathtub temperature setting device 6 by which temperature of hot-water supplied to a bathtub is set, an indicator 9 on which both set temperatures are indicated in two rows, and in addition, a human body sensor 7 which detects the fact that a person enters a bathroom. When the human body sensor 7 detects the fact that a person enters the bathroom, the upper limit of hot-water tap set temperature is set at 45 deg.C, for example, at the same time output of a hot-water tap set temperature from a kitchen operation panel is cut off. When the present set temperature is not lower than the upper limit, the set temperature is forcibly revised to 45 deg.C, and set temperature from the bathroom operation panel 2 is limited to 45 deg.C or lower. Temperatures and characters of 'preference' as well are indicated on the indicator 9.
