CONSTITUTION:When a flow rate F2 of liquefied petroleum gas measured by a flow rate system F2 is a predetermined liquefied petroleum gas flow rate value F20 or less by which maintenance of a flow rate is stabilized, a liquefied natural gas flow rate F1a is determined from a valve control value MV1a by means of flow rate/opening characteristics. F1 is the liquefied natural gas flow rate to determine a target natural gas flow rate F1b=F1a+ F1, and from the flow rate/opening characteristics, a valve opening MV1b responding to liquefied natural gas F1b is determined. A target value F12b of a second flow rate control valve FV2 is determined in a way that a calorific value of liquefied natural gas measured by a liquefied natural gas calorific value measuring means Q4 is Q4, a predetermined calorific value of liquefied natural gas is Q6, a calorific value set value SV5 of a regulator Q1C5 is 11000 kcal/Nm , and from the flow rate/opening characteristics, a valve opening MV2b responding to a liquefied petroleum gas flow rate F2b is determined. When a calorific value of delivery gas is outside a range of 11000+ or -alpha(Kcal/Nm ), the opening of the second flow rate control valve FV2 is regulated by a predetermined value beta to correct the opening.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly perform flaw detection even when a welded line is long and complicated, by parallelly providing three or more of eddy current flaw detection coils to a self-propelling chasis in the lateral direction and performing automatic steering operation on the basis of informations from the coils. CONSTITUTION:A steering apparatus 2 for altering the number of relative rotations of coils 1a, 1b and electromotors M1, M2 separately driven by the electromotors M1, M2 is provided to a chasis 1. Six eddy current flaw detection coils 3a-3f are parallelly provided to the chasis 1 in the lateral direction thereof while a transmitter 4 for informing the informations from the coils, a controller 5 for automatically operating the steering apparatus 2 on the basis of the informations from the coils and a power source 6 are mounted to the chasis 1. The controller 5 detects and judges not only the branching and intersecting of welded line but also the lateral shift of the welded line with the flaw detection apparatus on the basis of the detection of base materials A, B or a welded part c by each coil and automatically controls the steering apparatus 2 so that the flaw detection apparatus runs along the welded line. By this method, the flaw detection can be performed easily and rapidly even with respect to a long and complicated welded part.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an electronic equipment from being excessively cooled by a low-temperature liquified gas, by providing an electric heater for heating a vacuum chamber incorporating the electronic equipment, and connecting with the vacuum chamber a cold finger for liquifying a gas by a cooling liquid stored in a tank. CONSTITUTION:An electronic equipment accommodating box 9, 7d for a body and an inspection sensor is formed such that a heat insulator 16b is lined on the substantially entire surface of a case 16a, and a valved vent pipe 16c and a cold finger 16d are connected to the case 16a to form a vacuum chamber surrounded by the heat insulator 16b. A degree of vacuum in the vacuum chamber is sufficiently maintained by a cooling and condensing operation of a low- temperature liquified gas stored in a tank in the cold finger 16d. Further, an electric heater 16e is provided in the vacuum chamber. Thus, it is possible to prevent the electronic equipment in the vacuum chamber from failing owing to the low-temperature liquified gas by the heat insulation and the heating.
