摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device, which is given no influence of parameters such as temperature, pressure, concentration, etc., of a fluid, and can realize highly accurate measurement of flow rate even under an environment where the parameters change greatly. SOLUTION: Two flow sensors 12 and 14 with the same characteristic are set on a structural body 10 with a specified interval in distance in flow direction, so that the flow velocities of the fluid at the setting positions of the sensors may be different from each other, and the outputs of both sensors are amplified differentially to negate influences due to temperature, pressure, concentration of fluid with each other, thereby obtaining an output based on only a difference of flow velocity. Then, the flow rate is obtained according to the output.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current meter by which a flow velocity adjacent to an electric heater where a flow sensor senses is made to be the same as a true flow velocity and highly accurate measurement can be realized. SOLUTION: A flow sensor 10 is fitted to a base member 12 in such a manner that the positional relation shows d 5t (d: distance between the end surface 12a on upstream side of the base member 12 in flow direction of fluid and electric heater of the flow sensor 10), which is different from conventional manner. Thus, the flow of fluid is disturbed and flow velocity is reduced adjacent to the end surface of the base member 12, but a flow velocity a is made almost equivalent to true flow velocity adjacent to the flow sensor 10.
