摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount the pressure sensor on the case of the microcomputer meter of conventional specifications which was mounted with a pressure switch by miniaturizing the pressure sensor which can continuously detect gas pressure. SOLUTION: In the case 1 composed of a base 2 which has a fitting flange 2a and a gas intake 4 and a cover case 3 coupled with the base 2, a pressure sensor chip 9 which outputs an output signal corresponding to the pressure of gas introduced from the gas intake 4 and a substrate 5 where an IC 10 converting the output signal from the pressure sensor chip 9 is mounted as a bare chip are put, and the fitting flange 2a and cover case 3 are so shaped that they can be fitted with the same specifications with the pressure switch.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate measurement error caused by accidental synchronization of intermittent measuring time with fluid pulsation and to eliminate error due to the pulsation without providing a pressure variation reducing mechanism for a flow meter. SOLUTION: Certain number of times of instantaneous flow rate are measured with a first measuring period, Then, certain number of times of instantaneous flow rate are measured with a second measuring period. Thus, the measurements each of certain number of times of the instantaneous flow with a plurality of different measuring periods in series are continued. The synchronization with the fluid pulsation is determined from the variation of a certain number of times of measurement values at each measuring period. Those measurement values at the measuring periods which are determined not synchronized are adopted and an integrated flow rate is obtained from the measurement values.

SOLUTION: A flow rate correcting device 30 computes the flow rate of a fluid by integrating flow rate pulses outputted from a magnetic sensor 22 and, at the same time, performs temperature correction and pressure correction on a measured flow rate value based on temperature data and pressure data read from a temperature sensor 29 and pressure sensor 28 at every preset sampling time. A temperature and pressure setter 31 is provided with preset switches 31a-31d so as to set the temperature and pressure used as data for correcting temperature and pressure when the temperature sensor 29 or pressure sensor 28 becomes defective. In addition, the device 30 is provided with a flow rate display 41 which displays the integrated flow rate value corrected for both temperature and pressure and a corrected data display 42 which displays the flow rate corrected based on the values preset by the setter 31.

SOLUTION: The gas meter comprises a main flow passage where the adjustment means that adjusts the flow passage and the detecting means for a first flow rate are placed, and a sub-flow pass where the bypass for the adjustment means of the main flow passage and the detecting means for a second flow rate are placed. The adjustment means is controlled by opening and closing based on the compensated flow rate value that compensates the detected flow rate values of the gas that are detected with the detecting means of the first flow rate or the second flow rate. When the adjustment means is controlled by closing and the detected flow rate value with the detecting means for the second flow rate is smaller than a prescribed flow rate value being smaller than the detecting upper limit value of the detecting means for the second flow rate, the compensated flow rate value is determined by compensating the detecting flow rate value with the detecting means of the second flow rate. When the adjustment means is controlled by closing and the detected flow rate value by the detecting means for the second flow rate is the prescribed flow rate value or larger than, the compensated flow rate value is determined by compensating the detected flow rate value with the detecting means for the first flow rate.

Also, the control means 100 does not control towards the closed state until a prescribed time passes when the adjustment means 30 is controlled from the closed state to the open state.

SOLUTION: A software in a figure (b) is executed by one second interruption. Measurement in the first flow passage 2 is executed by an ultrasonic flowmeter 5 in a step 11. A measured result is compared with the last value to execute measurement in the second flow passage 3 by an ultrasonic flowmeter 6 in a step 14 when a change exists. Measurement in the third flow passage 4 is then executed by an ultrasonic flowmeter 7 in a step 15. The sum of measured results in the measurements in the flowmeters 5, 6, 7 in the steps hereinbefore is found to be served as total flow rate in a step 17. When no change exists in a step 13, last measured values in the second and third flow passages are utilized in a step 20, and the last measured values are added to the measured value in the step 11 to find the total flow rate (the step 17). The total flow rates are integrated to provided a gas consumption.
